Description
Our tastefully furnished holiday flat "Ostseeloft" is located in our semi-detached house on the 1st floor. It can be reached through its own entrance/door. The house is close to the centre and offers with its good location short distances to the centre with cafés and restaurants, to the shopping facilities and to the beach.
On approx. 45 sqm a cosy and quietly situated flat has been created, in which up to 2 persons (+1 child) can stay overnight. In the cosy combined living and sleeping area there is a box-spring bed (lying surface 180 cm x 200 cm). Another sleeping option is the double sofa bed (lying surface 150 cm x 200 cm). The beds are freshly made before your arrival.
In the living area, the modern flat-screen TV with DVD player, Netflix access and the stereo system (radio with iPhone connection) offer many entertainment options. A small reading corner with a selection of books (also books about Boltenhagen) invites you to a nice reading afternoon. You can surf the internet via the free Wi-Fi access.
In the living area there is a narrow large wardrobe and 3 small chests of drawers with storage space for your holiday wardrobe. Separate coat hooks can also be found here. Downstairs in the hallway is a coat rack for jackets and shoes are stored downstairs in the entrance area.
From the living area you have direct access to the south-west-facing balcony. Here you will find modern balcony furniture and a parasol.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, microwave, 4-burner ceramic hob, oven, fridge with freezer compartment). Everything is available (coffee maker, toaster, kettle, cutlery, crockery, cooking pots, pans, glasses, etc.) to serve a magical breakfast, lunch or dinner in the cosy dining area. There are 2 comfortable chairs here.
The spacious shower room with modern glass shower offers plenty of room in the morning to start the day in a good mood. Towels, shower mats and hairdryer are provided free of charge.
The flat includes a parking space for your car and 2 bicycles (no guarantee).
Boltenhagen is located directly on the Mecklenburg Baltic Sea coast about 20 kilometres west of Wismar and 30 kilometres east of Lübeck. Thanks to the favourable motorway connection via the A20, you can reach Boltenhagen from Hamburg in just 1 ½ hours.
The Baltic resort of Boltenhagen became the third oldest in Germany as early as 1803, when Count von Bothmer, who lived in Bothmer Castle in Klütz, had a bathing cart set up near Redewisch. Since then, many holidaymakers have come to the popular health resort every year to enjoy the mild, stimulating climate of the Baltic Sea and to escape the stress of everyday life while walking on the beach.
The tradition-conscious holiday resort with its 4 km long sandy and natural beach is located on one of the most beautiful stretches of the Mecklenburg Baltic Sea coast. In addition to the natural conditions on site, a colourful programme takes place here during the annual high season.
Whether it's the varied entertainment in the spa gardens, the many shopping opportunities or the culinary delights of the many restaurants - here you can enjoy your holiday. Everything is within easy walking distance, so you can leave the car at home.

a beautiful place to stay
Hello, we spontaneously set off for a holiday trip to Boltenhagen in March 2026, this time from a different portal. And what can I say? We had great weather, on March 9th we saw the whale spraying water. There was absolutely nothing to criticize about the holiday apartment; everything was totally in perfect order. We enjoyed the vitamin sea to the fullest.

We felt very comfortable.
The landlords welcomed us very kindly.
Everything was available. Very clean. Additionally, inclusive of 2 bicycles available, parking on the property, Wi-Fi, Netflix.

Beautiful vacation
I was able to spend beautiful vacation days in this vacation apartment. Very nice landlords. Everything was available that one wishes for a vacation apartment. The location in the village is central; you can get everywhere easily—without a car! I often used the included bicycles. Otherwise, Boltenhagen is conveniently located for transportation. Excursion destinations like Lübeck, Wismar, and Schwerin are quickly accessible.
