Welcome to Casa Laura Follonica, your perfect holiday home located in the beautiful town of Follonica, Tuscany. This 100 sqm holiday flat can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people, with two bedrooms and a bathroom with hydro-massage shower.

"Casa Laura Follonica", a recently renovated flat, is about 250-300 m. from the sea and is situated in a wonderful location in the centre of town. It overlooks a large square with many palm trees (4th and last floor without lift of a condominium of 8 flats) and can comfortably accommodate 6 people: A double bedroom with a romantic four-poster bed, a bedroom with three beds (possibility to join two singles) and a double sofa bed in the living room (with terrace on the square-garden). 2 satellite TVs with DVD player, 1 bathroom with hydromassage shower cubicle (0.90x0.70), hairdryer and 1 kitchen + kitchenette with: 4 ring hob, oven, fridge and freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, iron and ironing board (terrace with awning and external drain in the kitchen) microwave, kettle, mixer, fryer, toaster, coffee mocha American machine, espresso Lavazza.

Siamo rimasti molto contenti dell'appartamrnto e della sua localizzazione, a due passi da tutti i sevizi e moto vicina alle meravigliose spiagge di Torre Mozza e Carbonifera.

Adorable departamento muy cerca de la playa
Casa Laura es un gran lugar para hospedarse. Se encuentra apenas a unos pasos de la playa y su ubicación es ideal para ir a comer a diferentes restaurantes y visitar lindas tiendas en el centro de la ciudad.
Además la anfitriona tiene la mejor actitud y su amabilidad te hará sentir como en casa.
Sin duda la recomendaría!

Des vacances super!
Lieu de vacances idéal pour profiter de la douceur de vivre italienne.
L'appartement de Laura est très confortable : spacieux, climatisé, lumineux, très bien équipé. Il est très bien situé à proximité de la plage et des commerces. La voiture n'est pas indispensable.
Laura est une hôte très attenionnée, charmante et très disponible. Un bonheur de la rencontrer.
Follonica a une très grande et très belle plage et un centre-ville très vivant et familial.
Proche aussi d'un centre aquatique adoré des ados!
Point de départ possible par train pour visiter la Toscane.
Bref un petit coin de paradis à découvrir.

Everything perfect
We have never rented accommodation; our experience was simply perfect at Laura's house in Follonica. Our home on the Gulf of ? sun, 200 meters from the sea, is located on the 4th and top floor. Mrs. Laura was very hospitable, kind, and available. Upon our arrival, she left us a bottle of wine and a note along with a beautiful tray of fruit to welcome us. Upon departure, there was a tray with some sweets. We recommend it 100%. Thank you very much, Laura, for the excellent hospitality. D.M.
