The completely newly renovated and equipped Villa Panorama is located in absolute tranquillity in a cul-de-sac directly below the local mountain "Montgo" and is equipped with all the amenities to make your stay unforgettable.

For your comfort, the villa has 4 bedrooms with double beds, air conditioning, shutters and mosquito nets. 3 bathrooms, 2 kitchens and 2 spacious living/dining rooms with sofa and air-conditioning, smart TV, fireplace and dining table offer enough space and privacy for a total of 8 adults or two families with children. Baby/extra beds on request.
A large kitchen with cooker, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher upstairs and a small kitchenette downstairs provide ample opportunities to prepare yourself an excellent meal. In addition, there is an outdoor toilet with washing machine and sink with access to the pool area.
The private 7x4m pool with steps is surrounded by a terrace with sun loungers, parasol, outdoor shower and barbacoa (barbecue area). There is also another large terrace with extendable dining table and sitting couch. A private parking space for 2 cars and enough space for parking on the access road (dead end) complete this top equipped villa.
No pets allowed. The distance to the city centre "El Pueblo" is 2.5 km, to the port "El Puerto" about 4 km and to the popular sandy beach "El Arenal" with restaurants, shops and bars about 6 km.
In the villa you will also find 3 TVs, a washing machine, an iron and free Wi-Fi. For our little guests, a cot is available on request. Villa Panorama is also suitable for long-term rentals and offers an allergy-friendly environment.
The pictures of the villa show, among other things, the impressive panoramic view of the sea, the valley and the local mountain of Javea called "Montgo", the modern equipped rooms, the cosy living rooms and the inviting bedrooms.
