Description
The holiday home is located in the Montgo-Castellans residential area of Javea, right next to the Montgo National Park. From here you have a breathtaking panoramic view over the Marina Alta to the Mediterranean Sea. The unobstructed south-facing orientation means you can enjoy the sun all year round. Experience the wonderful sunrise over the sea in the morning with a cup of coffee, or the sunset on the Montgó in the evening with this unique panoramic view.
On the approx. 940 m² private plot there are several terraces, as well as a large private pool 9x5m with Roman steps (water depth 1.10 m - 2.30 m), outdoor shower, sun loungers, patio furniture and garage.
From the covered terrace (naya) with seating area you have a wonderful panoramic view. Directly adjacent is an open sun terrace. From the rear part of the property there is a great view of the nature reserve and the Montgó.
A barbecue is available for cosy barbecue evenings.
From the garage at the front of the property, 39 steps lead to the ground floor.
The house has free Wi-Fi and new energy-saving air conditioning units (cold/warm) with various comfort functions in all living rooms and bedrooms. The double-glazed windows are fitted with roller shutters and insect screens.
The living room has a leather sofa, two armchairs, a 49-inch LED Smart TV (German satellite TV) with internet access, international music channels, USB port and a safe for valuables.
The dining room has a large table with 6 chairs and air conditioning.
The original Mediterranean kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave with grill, 4-burner gas hob, oven, coffee machine, Dolce Gusto, toaster, kettle, blender and plenty of crockery.
A washing machine is freely available in the adjoining utility room.
2 bedrooms with 2 beds each (90x200cm), new mattresses (firmness level 2/medium firmness), air conditioning, window and built-in wardrobe. 1 bathroom with walk-in shower, WC, washbasin, window, hairdryer, programmable ceramic fan and towel warmer. If you are travelling with more than 4 people (or on request), we can provide an additional bedroom with bathroom en suite, which would otherwise remain locked (surcharge €150/week). During the summer holidays we only rent out the whole house.

Location and surroundings of object
The house is located in the exposed villa district Montgó-Castellans of Jávea in a small cul-de-sac. The nature reserve of the Montgo mountain massif borders directly on the property. Due to the quiet but central location, everything is within easy reach. The old town with its many small shops, restaurants and cafés starts about 2 km away. The nearest supermarket and petrol station are about 2.5 km away, the harbour with its pebble beach is about 4.5 km away and the Arenal (sandy beach) is about 5.5 km away. There are other beaches in and around Javea. A car is required.

The former fishing village Jávea is today one of the most beautiful tourist resorts on the Costa Blanca, situated directly on the easternmost tip of the Iberian peninsula. On a clear day, you can see the Balearic island of Ibiza. Sun worshippers and those seeking relaxation get their money's worth here, as do sports enthusiasts or hikers.
There is a wide range of leisure activities for water sports, diving, surfing, sailing, tennis, golf, mini golf, mountain hiking, paragliding, swimming, fishing, beach volleyball, water skiing, pedal boats, aqua park, gliding, paddling. Bicycles can be hired in the village.
Jávea (Xàbia in Valencian) stretches between two capes, Cabo San Antonio and Cabo La Nao, and has an area of 68.59 km². Jávea has about 28,000 inhabitants and consists of three parts: the old town, the port and the Arenal.
In the old town you can still find the typical Spanish alleys and beautiful old facades. Here you will find the town hall, the church, the post office, many shops, restaurants and every Thursday there is a weekly market.
The harbour area is modern and you can watch the fishermen at their auctions. From here you can take a nice walk right along the sea to the Arenal (sandy beach).
The Arenal is the tourist area of Jávea, here is also the sandy beach and a nice promenade with shops, restaurants, bars and a lot of atmosphere. During the day you can go to the beach and swim in the sea (the sandy beach slopes very shallowly into the sea), and afterwards you can go and have something to eat in one of the restaurants, or just enjoy your cocktail with a view of the Mediterranean.

Thank you for the last-minute accommodation.
We enjoyed our stay very much and would come back again. The house had everything for our small family and we were very satisfied. The view is beautiful and the pool and terrace are inviting to linger.

Relaxing vacation

A beautiful place...
A beautiful place... The rental corresponds to the description and the location is simply ideal. Located at Montgo, quiet, but very close to the historic old town of Javea. The villa is charming in a Mediterranean style, well equipped, and has plenty of space inside and outside. The pool is nice and large, allowing the whole family to relax and refresh. The owners and the new property management are very dedicated. We had a successful vacation with the whole family!

perfect vacation
The house is wonderfully located on a slope, directly next to the Montgo nature reserve. The view is magnificent, and the neighborhood is quiet. Everything is quickly accessible by car. The house's amenities leave nothing to be desired. The four of us didn't miss anything. The pool is large and the house is protected from prying eyes. The new air conditioners are super quiet, making sleeping very pleasant.

Beautiful vacation in a relaxed atmosphere.
We were in the holiday villa for the first time in September. The weather was great and the view from the house was simply fantastic. Idyllically located with a high relaxation factor.
The key handover and briefing with the property management went smoothly, and everything was clean and tidy. The new mattresses are very comfortable, and the kitchen is fully equipped.
Jávea is a perfect holiday destination where you can do a lot, and the range of restaurants varies from simple to luxurious. The Cafe "Tutti Frutti" and the Spanish tapas and paella bar "Las Olas" are recommended. We would recommend the holiday home again and again!

Beautiful house in a great location!
We were with 6 people for a few days in February at the Villa "Perla del Montgo". We really liked it and the panoramic view... simply fantastic. We didn't miss anything, the new mattresses are very comfortable. No mountains in front of us that blocked our view or the sun. We really enjoyed the privacy. Javea is a great holiday destination that also offers a lot in winter. Many restaurants are open, and you can go for extensive walks or bike rides (just like we did).
We can highly recommend this villa without any reservations, the value for money is excellent!

Relaxing holiday with fantastic panoramic views
Due to the high relaxation factor, we always enjoy visiting Jávea in the off-season at the "Perla del Montgo" villa. This year, at the beginning of November, the weather was simply beautiful. The pool and the Mediterranean Sea were still refreshingly warm. Even though it was only for a few days, we enjoyed our time there. The view is wonderful day and night, and we lacked nothing. The landlords are very nice and always have a few tips for us. Although we arrived late at night, we were warmly welcomed by the property management, and the beds were freshly made upon arrival.

a successful holiday
Our family (6 persons) spent their holidays in August in the villa of the Kindermann family. It was a wonderful time. Such a dream scenery is rare. We went for long walks every day while the children were splashing around in the pool.
Some days it was very hot, but with the air conditioners it was very pleasant. The communication in English worked very well with the property management. We could watch all our films in our native language, thanks to Netflix and Internet TV. A nice holiday, thank you very much!

Beautiful holiday home with a dream view
We were four adults staying at the "Perla del Montgó" and felt very comfortable. The view and the weather were a dream, and the pool already had pleasant temperatures. Everything was available in the house and apart from the kitchen, it was modernly furnished. We enjoyed our privacy at the house and also did a lot of activities in and around Javea. The beach in Javea is worth visiting not only during the day for swimming. In the evening, life pulsates here with many great restaurants, cafes, shops, and small market stalls. A tip from us: the "La Baccara" bathing bay. A restaurant has opened here with fresh fish dishes and delicious cocktails, all with a superb view over the entire bathing bay.

A dream vacation and absolutely recommendable.
We had the privilege of spending a few wonderful days at the "Perla del Montgo"! The weather was beautiful, and the view from the house was an absolute dream. We lacked nothing. Anyone looking to relax will be well taken care of here. There is something for everyone: Parents have a great view and still keep an eye on their children at the pool, nature lovers can try out different hiking trails on Montgo and observe rare animals and plants, sun lovers (like us) simply enjoy the sun all day on various terraces, athletes can give it their all with tennis, golf, water skiing, pedal boating, cycling, mini golf, or swimming, and foodies are also well catered for with the many restaurants. In September, we had around 30 degrees, which was wonderfully comfortable with the air conditioning. A fantastic vacation!

Toller Urlaub mit 3-Generationen-Familie
We went on vacation for the first time with our entire family (grandparents, parents, children) at "Perla del Montgo", and what can I say . . . it was beautiful! We enjoyed the great view and the tranquility and just let our souls unwind. The sandy beach of Javea was a daily must, as well as getting ice cream at Thomas' (ice cream parlor "Tutti Frutti") in Arenal. You can directly embark on hiking tours to the "Montgo" mountain from the house. Also recommended is a visit to the market in the Old Town on Thursdays. Everything you need (sports, supermarket, beach, restaurant) is reachable within a few minutes' drive. Conclusion: a successful holiday - highly recommended!

Pure relaxation!
We (2 people) have now been to this beautiful house for the second time. If you want to relax and need peace, this is the perfect place. The view is fantastic and you can reach the old town, the beach, or one of the many great restaurants in Javea in no time.
A lot has changed in the villa. New furniture, lamps, loungers, and even a cozy lounge area have been added.
The price-performance ratio is right here. We were excited and will definitely come back!

Relaxing vacation guaranteed
We (2 adults) spent a few wonderful days in the villa in May. The last-minute booking worked smoothly with the landlords and the property management welcomed us on time with a detailed briefing. The pool is nice and large, and the location of the house is unique! You have sun from morning until evening, which, for example, is not the case in Denia (Montgo side) or on the Cabo de la Nao side of Jávea during the low season. We have been in this area several times and are very familiar with it.
Watching the sunset behind Montgó in the evening is a wonderful spectacle that can be enjoyed on the back terrace with a glass of wine.
The bedrooms are sufficiently large and equipped with German mattress sizes (1.80 x 2.00m). Generally, rooms and beds in Spain are much smaller. Additionally, the beds can be separated, which is advantageous when not vacationing as a couple. It is also great that the landlords have purchased new and high-quality air conditioning units with various functions. These consume almost no electricity and work very efficiently. The same applies to the washing machine and the sun loungers.
In Jávea, there is everything one needs and desires: a fine sandy beach (reachable by car in a few minutes), many supermarkets, restaurants, and plenty of sports activities. We are dedicated tennis fans and there are numerous tennis facilities (most with a pool) in top condition here.
We will definitely come back!

Beautiful holiday villa in prime location
We were able to spend beautiful days this summer at Villa "Perla del Montgo" and we really enjoyed it. The view is fantastic, and it's a great place to relax. Enjoy the sun all day and splash around in the large pool. The kids were thrilled. In no time, you can reach the beautiful old town of Javea or the sandy beach.
