Discover the natural, healthy holiday home "Hüüsli" in Burgen, a small village in the Mosel-Saar region. In this idyllic holiday home, up to 4 guests (2 adults and max. 2 children) can enjoy an unforgettable stay on 90 square metres of living space.
The holiday home "Hüüsli" is the perfect place for a relaxing holiday for active people, romantics, singles who want to explore the Moselle surroundings, by bike or on foot. Surrounded by the beautiful nature in the side valleys of the Moselle, our Hüüsli is a perfect starting point for many activities.
The holiday home has a balcony, an inviting terrace where you can enjoy the sun and the fresh air. A wallbox (e-charging station) is available for electric cars.
The modern kitchenette is equipped with a dishwasher, a fridge with freezer compartment, an oven, a Bora induction cooker and a fully automatic coffee machine. Bed linen and towels are provided.
Outside you will find garden furniture and soon a sauna.
If you need to work or want to combine a holiday with work, you can do so with our free Wi-Fi.
The attractive interior design with wooden accents creates a warm and inviting atmosphere. In addition, our house is a Baufritzhaus, a house provider that specialises in ecological, healthy building. We also paid attention to high-quality materials in the interior design. The house is allergy-friendly, so pets are not allowed in our house. Smoking is also not permitted.

Location and surroundings of object
The house is located on the outskirts of Burgen in a residential area. The bus stop "Wingertsweg" is approx. 300 m away (bus connection from Koblenz HB (Deutsche Bahn)). We are therefore easy to reach by public transport.
The centre of the village can be reached in about 7 minutes on foot. There you will find a café-bakery. In about 7 km, in Treis-Karden, or in Alken (8 km), you will find the next larger shopping facilities. On our website we have listed some more information about the surroundings.

Beide Vertragsparteien werden dann von ihren vertraglichen Verpflichtungen befreit. Sie müssen jedoch der jeweils anderen Vertragspartei bereits erbrachte Leistungen erstatten.

What you can expect with us:
- an optimal location for excursions into the deserted nature or the well-known tourist attractions - on foot, by bike, bus or car (an e-charging station will soon be located in front of the house),
- an ecologically healthy stay in a Baufritz house. The house has been assessed for building biology and is allergy-friendly. To keep it that way, pets are unfortunately not welcome in our house. In addition, the house is a non-smoking house,
- a workplace with free WLAN, cosy reading facilities, room for yoga (yoga mat available), a sunny spot on the terrace or in the wild green,
- a fully equipped kitchen with BORA cooker, fridge, an oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, fresh herbs (which currently still have to grow a little),
- a large bathroom with floor-deep shower, towels and hairdryer,
A view into the garden with songbirds, butterflies, original flora and soon also a "path through the wilderness" (here we still have to find the optimal design with nature).

Our names are Verena Berger and Peter Mullis. Sustainability, nature and dealing with our environment are very important to us and since we could always relax very well during our holidays in Burgen, we started the house project "Hüüsli". Contrary to the standard, it should be a house project that is reasonably acceptable in terms of environmental impact, knowing that building a house is probably about the worst thing you can do if you want to keep your footprint small. For this reason, we have also chosen the leading manufacturer for sustainable building and have studied materials, technology and energy supply in great detail. We are happy to welcome you to our home. Our house has only been completed for a short time. A sauna will follow soon, the garden is laid out and growing.
