The nearest supermarkets are Lidl and Plodine, 1.5 km from the accommodation. Nice and quality restaurants can be found within 1 km (Salt & Pepper, Restaurant Adriatik, Pizzeria Kantun, Piazza Grande 2, Konoba Kaminada).

Medulin has a beautiful long promenade with numerous restaurants, beach bars and an entertainment area for children. For the adventurous, there is Samy's Ranch 500 m from the flat for hiking, horse riding or quad biking.

Medulin also has a small fly port that offers panoramic flights, so you can get a bird's eye view of the beauty of Medulin and its surroundings. This airport is only 5 km away from the flat.

The Cape Kamenjak Nature Park is only 15 km away from the accommodation. On Kamenjak you can plan many activities such as hiking, barbecuing, cycling, kayaking or swimming in the beautiful and clean Adriatic Sea.

The city of Pula is the cultural centre of Istria and is located 10 km from the accommodation. Many Roman remains, including the Arena, one of the most beautiful and best preserved in the world, and many other sights hidden in the city.
