Description
The house is situated in the holiday park near the Cocksdorp on the Northern side of the island. When you arrive at the house there is a large car park on the premises for 2 cars. Around the house you have one big terrace and garden. Inside you will find on the ground floor a master bedroom next to the bathroom. On the other side there is the living room with kitchen. On the 1st floor you will find two bedrooms each equipped with 2x single beds and one bathroom with toilet and sink.

Location and surroundings of object
The most beautiful holiday park of Texel "De Krim". Equipped with many facilities, Subtropical swimming pool with wild water slide, slides, indoor playground for 2-10 years old, kids club, cozy restaurants, snack bars and cafe, glow in the dark miniature golf, fitness club, 18-hole golf course, bowling alley, laser game and climbing park.
The park is close to the beach that can be reached easily by bike within 10 minutes. The village "De Cocksdorp" is on a short ride where you will find restaurants, supermarket and weekly outdoor market.

Cancellation terms:
- You will be refunded the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 4 days before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 4 days before check-in, you will be refunded 50% of the booking amount minus the price for the first night and the cancellation fee.
