The accommodation is completely renovated and with a spacious outdoor area, on the ground floor of a prestigious building of historical interest among the sand dunes of the Migliarino San Rossore Massaciuccoli Natural Park. Direct access to the beach, possibility of access to the pool area during Summer ( daily/weekly fee ), commercial complex with supermarket and shops 50 meters from the structure.
For families traveling with babies under the age of 2, LODGE4 provides a crib, high chair, changing mat and even baby crockery and food warmer for your complete convenience. The property also includes toys, books and boardgames, plus a modern washing machine, ensuring you have everything you need for an stress-free vacation.

The fine sandy beach is just a few steps away, accessible all year long via a pedestrian gate a few meters from the apartment, choosing between a public beach and establishments.
From mid-June to mid-September it's also possible to take advantage of the resort facility consisting of access to the pool area with bar and bistro ( daily or weekly access fee required, to be paid extra locally - From the 2023 price list, one umbrella with 2 sunbeds 35€/day ).
50 meters from the building you find Eliopoli Shop Center which includes a supermarket (open all year round), shops, bars and restaurants, hairdresser and beauty salon. The area also includes pharmacy and a Catholic church.
You'll be staying in a historic place! The main building, with the planimetric shape of an airplane facing the sea, is the former marine colony "Principi Umberto and Maria Josè of Piedmont", built around 1930 as summer accommodation for children of the Italian Military Air Force personnel of the time. At the beginning of 2000s it underwent major renovations which transformed it into an exclusive residential structure on the seafront, without altering the original and peculiar design.
Calambrone is part of the municipality of Pisa, whose center is just a few kilometers away. You can reach Piazza dei Miracoli and the Leaning Tower by car in minutes, as well as the center of Livorno. Highways are easily accessible, allowing you to visit Versilia, Florence and the best spots of Tuscany with short car journeys. No panic in case you don't travel by car: public transport is very efficient with frequent connections, bus stops to/from Pisa and Livorno are just a few steps from the accommodation! Pisa Galileo Galilei International Airport is only 18 km away.

Base price is set for 2 adults ( maximum occupancy 6 people ). Babies under 2 years age stay for free sleeping in the cot we provide, linens included. High chair, changing mat, baby food warmer and crockery are provided too. Children of any other age are considered fully paying subject. |
Cancellation terms:
- Free cancellation option until 30 days before the day of arrival.
- You will be refunded the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 30 day before the planned check-in. For cancellations which are made less than 30 days before check-in there will be no refund.
