Niebbiaia is a small place in the province of Livorno. reachable by the Genova-Rosignano motorway. Holiday home with pool
Nibbiaia Rosignano Marittimo
After a long journey and a bit of searching (yes, where is the house?) we received a very warm welcome in Nibbiaia and immediately felt very comfortable
Pietro Ingenito had informed us in advance that he would not be present, but had organised an interpreter to welcome us on arrival, together with the gardener
The house is very spacious and has three bedrooms, a toilet, a shower toilet, a large long hallway and an open kitchen-living room area
There are a total of three air-conditioning units, so that it is possible to live in the house even in high summer temperatures
The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances
There is also a washing machine. You can watch TV in the kitchen or in the living room. W-Lan is of course also available
A large pool invites you to cool off and splash around endlessly. There are enough sun loungers available, there is an outdoor shower, two large parasols and a terrace with sun protection
The house, pool, garden and driveway are illuminated at night
A high fence around the entire property and a lockable driveway offer absolute privacy
The gardener comes every two days by arrangement of the time, looks after the house and cleans the pool
Gabbro is only a few minutes away by car. Nibbiaia is even a few minutes' walk away. In both places there is a Coop and some restaurants. There is an ATM in Gabbro. Livorno and Pisa are easy to reach by car, but there is also a bus stop very close to the house
Special thanks to Pietro who, despite his absence, was always available to us by phone, email or Whatsapp and was able to solve any problem, no matter how small
We spent 10 wonderful days in Nibbiaia and will definitely come back

Vacation with "friends"!
We have been vacationing in holiday homes for over 15 years, but we have never experienced anything like this before! We felt more than just "welcome" there. Pietro was always there for us, he explained the house to us, brought flowers, wine, a welcome greeting and an incredibly delicious coffee! Even spices and little things were available in the house. The house was beautiful, very clean, and charming. The absolute highlight for me was the pool, very big and well-maintained. The gardener comes every 2 days to clean the pool, bring ice or fruits ;-) ... he didn't speak a word of German, we didn't speak Italian, and yet we understood each other perfectly. Since we were in Tuscany just six months ago, this vacation should mainly be a relaxation and recovery vacation for us. I recommend this house 100%. Perfect house, garden, and pool, the garden is fenced and cannot be seen into. Pietro always has an open ear for all questions. Thank you very, very much for everything!!! We will definitely come back!!!

We spent (2 people with dog) two wonderful weeks in Villa Nibbiaia!
Everything was just the best, the house and especially the pool. This is how it must be in paradise!!!!! Our special thanks go to Pietro, who was always there for us and with his perfect German was always on hand with help and advice!
