The landhouse Mary is located 6 km from the center of Pisa, 20 km from Lucca and only 20 minutes from the sea. Built inside a large farmhouse from the first half of the 19th century, it is housed in the rooms of a former barn and is composed as follows: on the ground floor an equipped kitchen and a large mezzanine living room; upstairs a large bedroom (35 sq m) with double bed, single bed and bathroom with shower.
Outside there is a large garden (2500 square meters with an excellent wi-fi signal), carefully furnished with tables, chairs and umbrellas.
In the garden there is a play area with table tennis and table football and a small area with games for the little ones with a slide and a swing.

We enjoyed our visit very much!
The apartment is even prettier in person than it is in the pictures.
Iacopo was always very helpful and had great tips for trips and restaurants ready.

Beautiful complex in a quiet suburban location
I recommend booking the accommodation with breakfast. The host prepares a lovely breakfast on the terrace belonging to the accommodation. Every day he comes up with something special for breakfast. We felt really spoiled and didn't expect such a great service. Thank you for that! The accommodation is very clean, nicely furnished and functional. On hot nights you can use the air-conditioning or - what we found better - open all windows and the front door at night without having to fear insects, as everything is secured with mosquito nets. You can also use the large garden. The location is very quiet. It is easy to get to the centre of Pisa and to the sea by car. The owner has written tips on things to do and is happy to provide information. You can easily plan your activities on site and get tips from a local.
