Description
beautiful villa at the foot of the Montgo mountain, only 2 km from the beach. Beautifully landscaped garden with palm trees and shaded areas.
The 8 x 4 m pool is equipped with a Roman staircase for easy access. At the side of the house there is a barbecue terrace with a seating area and an awning. On the pool terrace, sun loungers and a parasol invite you to linger.
The house has two bedrooms, both with air conditioning, double beds and built-in wardrobes. Adjacent to the bedrooms are two bathrooms with showers. A washing machine, ironing board and iron are available.
At the end of the hallway you enter a large living room with satellite TV, air conditioning, Wi-Fi and an open kitchen with counter. The kitchen is equipped with oven, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher and toaster.
The living room has direct access to the barbecue area and a glazed terrace.
There is gas central heating for the cooler seasons.
The garage is private and cannot be used, but there is parking for two vehicles in the property.
The town centre is only 3.2 km away, sandy beach 2 km, rocky beach 1.7 km, supermarkets 3 km and restaurants 1 km.
