Description
Living like in a holiday home. Completely private. No other tenants.
The apartment (there is only this one in the house) is located in a very quiet residential area in Denia on the Montgo mountain.
The house has a very nice, large, well-kept garden with lawns.
The apartment is well equipped with 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchen-living room. The pool (8x4 meters) is only available to our guests for private use. There is also an outdoor shower with hot water. There is also a tennis court available for free in the urbanization.
In addition to the private pool, there is also a beautiful, large community pool in the urbanization right next to the tennis court of the complex.

The house consists of 2 levels. One apartment is on the upper floor and is only occupied temporarily by the owners and is not rented to anyone else.
Thus, the apartment on the pool level (with its own entrance) is completely private and can be used alone on its own property.

The pool has a size of 4 x 8 meters and is equipped with Roman steps to get in. All around there are plenty of terraces and lawns for sunbathing and plenty of space for the children.
The pool is regularly cleaned and maintained at least once a week.

The property has a large garden with a spacious lawn. It is partially terraced and created with plenty of local natural stones. In the entire property area you have a wonderful view of the Montgo and the Mediterranean Sea. From the top level of the property you can see the town of Denia with its historic castle, the harbour, the sea and the nature reserve of the Montgo.

A freely available tennis court is located in the immediate vicinity of the urbanization and can be used free of charge by every guest.

The house is in a small, very well maintained residential complex at the end of a cul-de-sac. The Montgo mountain and its surroundings are a nature reserve and therefore you have a completely idyllic and quiet location here. Despite everything, the so-called "party mile" (newly built pier; built into the sea) can be reached within a few minutes by car. Denia is one of the most beautiful places on the Spanish Mediterranean coast. It is located on the northern edge of the Costa Blanca on the edge of the Montgo Natural Park with the 754m high Montgo Mountain, about 100 km from Valencia and Alicante.
Holidays by the sea and in the mountains at the same time - that's what Denia offers: mountaineering to dizzy heights and enjoying the view of the sea, lying on the beach and sunbathing or doing water sports in the turquoise sea. The landscape with its bizarre rock formations, hidden bathing bays and impressive cliffs deserves to be explored.

Denia offers the same comfort and service as a big city and at the same time the cosy, original atmosphere of a village. It is worth noting that Denia doubles its population during the summer months.
Denia offers a comprehensive commercial offer. Walking through the streets of the city center, Marqués de Campo, Paseo de Saladar and other alleys, you will find a wide range of fashion items (shoes, handicrafts,..) some of which bear the names of well-known contemporary fashion companies. In addition to the shops mentioned, we shouldn't forget the flea market, where you can find everything from a sofa from the last century to the latest music hits. The flea market is held every Monday on the Torrequemada site. But if you prefer to buy fresh groceries, head to the Mercado Muncipal.

Beautiful villa Denia (Alexis and Djema from France)
Magnificent villa with pool located in a quiet residence for truly relaxing and spending good times around Denia with a view of the mountains. We were welcomed by Béatrice, who was super nice and always available for any information we needed. The villa was perfect, clean, and fully equipped with all the useful accessories. We really recommend this accommodation. Cleanliness 100%.

Pure relaxation
Due to the accommodation being located outside the town center, one enjoys wonderful peace and can unwind and relax.
The pool was simply magnificent.
Everything was well-maintained, and whenever help was needed, there was always someone available to assist.

Absolutely recommendable, a warm welcome and a fantastic location
We were warmly welcomed by Ute and Ralf and it continued like this! Excursion and restaurant tips were great! The pool and outdoor area were absolutely inviting. We made extensive use of a wonderfully designed shaded terrace. Ute and Ralf were available and approachable for questions and help 24/7. We had a flat tire and for Ralf it was no problem at all to drive with us to the workshop early in the morning and take us there again after the repair. We can only confirm the previous reviews. When we left, we forgot to hand in the key. We sent it by post. Again, there was no blame, just absolute understanding and friendliness! We can absolutely recommend the apartment with the outdoor area and the warm-hearted landlords!! We would book here again immediately!!

Very nice accommodation
We spent a week at Casa Montymar. The house is beautifully located with views of the Montgo mountain and the sea on the other side.
The apartment was very nice, sufficiently large and practical. The pool is well-maintained and beautifully designed. Unfortunately, it was still too cold in March to swim in it.
The communication with the landlords was very pleasant.
I can only recommend this accommodation.

Only the mattress of the big bed is rather uncomfortable.

Dream accommodation away from the hustle and bustle
As a family with 2 children (11 and 14 years old), we spent a week in the Casa Montymar apartment and really enjoyed our time there. The apartment is lovingly decorated with everything you need. The beautiful garden with the pool was extensively used in the evenings after our activities. We greatly appreciated that we could swim properly in terms of size and water depth. The contact with the landlord and the administration was very nice and pleasant. Montymar was an ideal starting point for excursions in the area. If our paths lead us to Denia again, we would like to stay there again.

Absolutely recommended!
If you're looking for that certain something, this is the right place for you. Quietly located at the end of the road, right by Montgo, we found a lovingly furnished apartment. Colorful and typical of the country, with direct access to the pool. What more could you want? However, a vehicle is necessary for the approach. This way, you can reach the nearby shopping facilities in just a few minutes. The contact with the landlord was also very pleasant. The entire facility is very well-maintained, and the pool is regularly cleaned by an extremely friendly gentleman. We had a very relaxing time and will definitely come back.

Schönes Apartment
The house is located peacefully on the slope of Montgo. The apartment is on the lower part of the house, from where you can reach the pool in a few steps. The apartment itself is nicely furnished, and you can spend a wonderful holiday there with 4 people. The price is really acceptable.

Super Urlaub
We had a great holiday. Since we went with the whole family, we booked both apartments (both with fridge/freezer). The house is nicely furnished. It has a large pool and a spacious garden with various seating areas. More cushions for the existing loungers would be great.
The location is wonderful with a direct view of Montgó and the sea. Not far from the house, there are shopping facilities that are quickly reachable by car. The contact with the landlord and property manager is very pleasant. All questions are answered promptly. The whole family had a great holiday.
