The charming 92 m² semi-detached house "Sandpiper" is situated in a truly idyllic location near Geltinger Birk. The house is entirely on one level and features an open-plan living space. The entire interior is furnished in a very modern, maritime Danish style.
The living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa, an armchair with footstool, and a flat-screen TV. A stylish TV console visually separates the dining area from the living room. The dining area features an exclusive wooden table with a unique bench.
The open-plan, modern kitchen is fully equipped, including a hand mixer, a stick blender, a coffee machine, and a dishwasher.
Both bedrooms are furnished with a double bed. Gray and sand tones, combined with white furniture, create a very cozy and inviting atmosphere.
The spacious bathroom, with its charming decorative details, is modern and offers a walk-in shower, a hairdryer, and a vanity mirror. A separate guest toilet is also available. Guests can also use a washing machine, a vacuum cleaner, a clothes drying rack, an iron, and an ironing board.
The terrace, accessible from both the living room and the kitchen, and the adjacent garden are very peaceful. The stylish lounge area, furnished with exceptional sofas, is perfect for relaxing and enjoying evenings with a glass of wine.
A garden shed in the garden provides storage for bicycles. Parking spaces are available in front of the house.

Sehr schönes ruhig gelegenes Ferienhaus. Es ist großzügig eingerichtet mit viel Geschmack. Küche lässt keine Wünsche offen. Also alles sehr gut Ausgestattet. In der Nähe gibt es einen sehr guten Bäcker und Lokale. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Wir haben uns in diesem Ferienhaus sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Haus und auch die Terrasse waren sehr gepflegt und sauber. Als Familie mit Kindern haben wir die Waschmaschine, den großen Kühlschrank mit Gefrierschrank und die super ausgestattete Küche sehr geschätzt. Im Wohngebiet gibt es einen tollen großen Kinderspielplatz. Die Nachbarschaft war sehr nett und ruhig.
