This exclusive, newly built holiday home, "Seebrise," is located in the beautiful village of Gelting, where beach and nature lovers will find perfect vacation conditions. Situated close to the beach and the Wackerballig marina, as well as the expansive "Geltinger Birk" nature reserve, you can enjoy numerous leisure activities such as surfing, beach walks, and cycling and hiking tours. A bicycle rental shop is located directly in the village, and a lockable bicycle garage is available at the holiday home.
The house is equipped with everything you need for a perfect vacation. The floor-to-ceiling windows in the living and sleeping areas provide plenty of sunlight, including in the reading nook in the additional bay window. The first bedroom has a large box-spring double bed (180 x 200 cm), and the second bedroom has two single beds. This allows for occupancy of up to four people.
The fully equipped, high-quality kitchen invites you to cook and offers ample space with an integrated dining area with seating for four. The beautiful terrace with its own garden and charcoal grill is perfect for dining and sunbathing. The bathroom features a spacious, bright, walk-in shower. In addition, there is a guest toilet and a hallway with a wardrobe and bench. Enjoy your time in a truly exceptional holiday home.
This property is also ideal for holidays with children. Many beaches with shallow water are located nearby. The "Wackerbay" surf school is suitable for both beginners and advanced surfers. A variety of restaurants will delight your palate, two of which are located directly at the marina. Numerous shopping and dining options can be found in the village, including a supermarket, beverage store, bakery, butcher, pharmacy, delicatessen, accessories and souvenirs, and a hairdresser. The village center, with its additional restaurants, a bakery, an ice cream parlor, and the lovely public park, is just a short walk away.

The air and Kneipp spa resort of Gelting promises pure relaxation. The Baltic Sea with its numerous beaches is very close by. Enjoy the fine sandy beach or rent a beach chair and unwind. Water sports enthusiasts will find ideal conditions for windsurfing, kitesurfing, and stand-up paddleboarding. The Geltinger Birk nature reserve, covering 773 hectares, offers an impressive variety of reed beds, salt marshes, dunes, and forests. With a bit of luck, you might even spot the wild Konik horses. In the evening, a stroll to the harbor of Wackerballig is worthwhile, where a breathtaking sunset awaits. In Gelting, you'll find everything you need for daily life. Further shopping opportunities and excursion destinations can be found in Kappeln, about 10 kilometers away. This charming harbor town invites you to stroll, linger, and take a boat trip on the Schlei River.

Das Ferienhaus war absolut tip top. Sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Eine wunderschöne Gegend wo man auch viel unternehmen kann. Sehr schön auch zum Radfahren.

One can quickly reach the Baltic Sea on foot or by bike. Gelting is a beautiful place. The holiday home is located in a new development area. It is very quiet here. The house is spacious. The kitchen had everything one needs. By bike, you can quickly get to the Baltic Sea Cycle Path. A beautiful area that is especially well explored by bike.
