On 55 m², a friendly home awaits you for up to 4 guests with two bedrooms and one bathroom. The apartment is exclusively for non-smokers and offers an allergy-friendly environment, ideal for families and long-term guests. Start the day with a coffee from the coffee machine or the kettle in the well-equipped kitchenette, which, in addition to a microwave and dishwasher, provides everything you need for shared meals. In the living area, a TV provides entertainment, while free Wi-Fi is available at all times. Fresh bed linen is, of course, provided. The property has a 500Mbit fiber optic connection, and the TVs are smart TVs so you can enjoy streaming just like at home.
For the little guests, a crib and a high chair are available. Washing machine and dryer are available centrally for a fee.
Enjoy sunny hours on the terrace or in the well-kept garden – the grill invites you to sociable evenings. Children will love the large trampoline! A private parking space, a garage, and a wallbox for electric cars ensure a stress-free arrival and mobility.

Hello, my name is Karsten Kretschmann. I have been renting out holiday apartments for 30 years and place great value on sustainability. With a 29.2 kWp photovoltaic system, I produce more electricity than is consumed here in a year, including a charging station for cars. Hot water also comes predominantly from solar thermal energy, or is generated via an immersion heater using surplus photovoltaic energy. A heat pump will soon be installed as the final step.
