The building has a 500Mbit fiber optic connection and a smart TV, so you can enjoy streaming just like at home.

Hello, my name is Karsten Kretschmann. I have been renting out holiday apartments for 30 years and place great value on sustainability. With a 29.2 kWp photovoltaic system, I produce more than the total electricity consumed here in a year, including a charging station for cars. Hot water also comes mainly from solar thermal energy, or is generated via a heating rod using surplus photovoltaic energy. A heat pump will soon be installed as the final step.
