This spacious, detached villa with private swimming pool is located in the town of Marmajola, around 5 km from picturesque Vodnjan. The beaches of the Istrian west coast are about a 15-minute drive away.

Villa Monique is a detached, fully equipped holiday home. You'll have a garden with a swimming pool and sun loungers as well as a covered terrace with outdoor kitchen, BBQ and picnic table at your disposal. On the ground floor, you'll find a living room with open kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. There are two bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor.

Istria has plenty to do! You can visit the beautiful city of Pula (15km), for example. Things to see here include the beautiful Roman amphitheatre and charming outdoor cafes. Or go to Rovinj (28km), where you can saunter along the narrow streets and enjoy the view. Vodnjan is ideal for restaurants and your daily groceries.

A wonderful retreat! The villa is beautifully decorated and very clean. We enjoyed the quiet surroundings and the proximity to attractions like the Pula Arena and the Brijuni National Park. Definitely recommended!

A nice and very clean villa with modern design and complete furniture and necessary appliances and facilities required for a comfortable stay. Villa is located in a quiet area few kilometers from a small town where you can do the grocery shopping. The owners are child, punctual and royal. We had a pleasant stay without any disappointing.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Monique! The villa is spacious and beautifully designed, perfect for our family getaway. The private pool was a highlight, offering a refreshing escape after a day of exploration. We particularly loved the outdoor kitchen and BBQ area, which we used for family dinners under the stars. The location is also fantastic: just a few kilometers from the beaches and the picturesque Vodnjan. Additionally, we found great dining options nearby, especially from Wine Babos. I highly recommend this villa to anyone looking to relax and enjoy Istria!
