The 53 sqm 2 room flat has a separate bedroom and a large balcony (not available from December to March). TV reception via cable with many German channels (ARD, ZDF, WDR, RT, SAT 1, Kabel 1, VOX, RTL 2 etc.). In October 2022, the bathroom was completely renovated and has received a floor-level shower, a large hot water boiler was also installed (washing machine from 2023). The double bed (160 x 200 cm) and the sofa (balcony) were newly purchased in 2022. The sofa (sofa bed 140 x 200 cm) in the living area was purchased new in December 2022. The kitchen is fully equipped with crockery, toaster, coffee machine and kettle (Moulinex oven from 2023). The flat is located in the complex Paraiso Maspalomas on the 1st floor (accessible at ground level). The beach and the famous dunes of Maspalomas are about 1,5 km away. The price of 45 € is due per night + one-time service fee (incl. bed linen, towels and final cleaning) of 95 € (minimum rental period 7 days). Rent for one month 1.000 € + service fee 95 €, rent 2 - 3 months 800 € per month + service fee 95 €.
There are no further fees or brokerage commissions.

There is a small supermarket, hairdresser, massage etc. in the complex. The pool area has a total of 5 pools, one of which is heated. There are also 2 pool bars and a restaurant/pub (billiards, darts, table football) in the complex.

Cancellation terms:
- You will be refunded the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 4 days before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 4 days before check-in, you will be refunded 50% of the booking amount minus the price for the first night and the cancellation fee.
