Description
A spacious, bright living room with a large extendable dining table, a sofa to relax on and many windows invite you to linger, should the weather not play along. A small kitchen with oven, cooker and dishwasher and a modern bathroom with shower complete the package.
You will find peace and quiet at night in two bedrooms.
On request and with prior notice, you are welcome to book our wood-heated barrel sauna with refreshing outdoor shower for the evening.
In the holiday village we also have a selection of games, table tennis skittles, badminton games and books to pass the time.
The beach is only a 3-5 minute walk away. It is a wonderful place to swim and in the evening you can watch a wonderful sunset. The water is very shallow in the front area, which makes the bathing area very child-friendly.
The holiday village of Klein Quassow is in a quiet location and an ideal starting point for exploring the Mecklenburg Lake District - whether by bike, canoe or on a hike. You are welcome to rent bikes and boats from us.
We bake fresh bread rolls in natural food quality every morning upon advance order. Add to that a fresh cappuccino and your spirits are up for the day!

Bei Nichterscheinen ohne vorherige Benachrichtigung ist der volle Mietzins zu bezahlen. Der Mieter hat das Recht, einen zumutbaren Ersatzmieter zu stellen. Für diesen Fall und bei einer sonstigen Änderung des Mietvertrages wird eine Umbuchungsgebühr von EUR 25,00 fällig.

Nestled in this natural paradise, guests have been able to relax, recuperate and feel good here for 30 years. A variety of leisure activities, such as hiking, cycling, water sports or fishing, will make your stay with us an unforgettable experience. Our small family business offers holiday flats (all year round) and from May to October holiday homes, pitches for tents, caravans and motorhomes as well as a rental station for bicycles, kayaks and canoes. Selected snacks and cakes await you in our in-house café/bistro. We have taken over the holiday complex for the 2022 season and are now running it as the Großer Labussee holiday village, trying out, changing, renovating and looking forward to being your hosts and offering you a family and family-friendly atmosphere.
