Description
Freshly renovated and newly furnished, Villa "Golden Bear" offers two bedrooms (both with king-size beds), a walk-in wardrobe and two bathrooms. The open-plan American kitchen is fully equipped. And from the spacious living/dining area (with 72" TV), you can access the lanai through three large sliding glass doors and enjoy the green surroundings.
And the improvements continue: in November, new stone will be laid in the patio and the exterior will be replanted. In the master bathroom, the shower curtain will be replaced with a sliding glass door. And if all permits are received in time, the lanai (with gauze) will be exchanged for one with windows and in double the size, i.e. the living room will be extended by another approx. 26sqm with lounge furniture and another dining table. And in front of it there will be a terrace of the same size.
You can play sports (golf, tennis, pickleball or at one of the nine pools) in the complex or simply enjoy your morning coffee on the patio, shielded from prying eyes. And then enjoy a cool drink in the evening on your sheltered lanai with a view of palm trees and shrubs.

Cancellation terms:

Golf is available for a small fee. You are also welcome to take part in the joint events in the clubhouse "19th Hole" such as Bingo or "Thursty Thursday".
