Swimming pool for adults and children. The apartment has a large living room with air conditioning. Main room with fan and mosquito net. Separate kitchen with dishwasher, laundry room with washing machine and microwave. High-speed Internet to be able to telework, bars, covered parking space within the urbanization.
July and August rental for fortnights at least.
