Dream apartment on the Costa Blanca, located in the exclusive urbanization Laguna Beach I, ten minutes by car from the center of Denia. This spectacular beachfront residence with sea views features an impressive 25 m² terrace from which you can enjoy unforgettable sunrises. It is an apartment with modern and minimalist furnishings, with a capacity for eight people. The apartment consists of three bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower and toilet (one of them "en suite") and was completely renovated in 2020. In the living room, there are 2 additional sleeping places available on a comfortable sofa bed. The fully equipped kitchen is open to the living room and enhances the feeling of light and spaciousness inside.
The apartment has all comforts: air conditioning (hot/cold) in all rooms, Wi-Fi, satellite dish, so you can feel at home. It is located on the 1st floor and there is no elevator. The complex offers you well-kept gardens where you can relax, a swimming pool for adults and children, a small playground, and direct access to the beach.
An outdoor parking space is available free of charge within the fenced complex.

From the beginning of November to the end of March, we offer affordable monthly rates for long-term rental (€1,600 / month incl. all utilities).
