Only 600 metres from the sandy beach of Las Marinas in Denia, this holiday home is located within a quiet residential area in a private street. The entire property is for your exclusive use.
The 500 sqm private plot is completely enclosed. A garage with electric gate for one car can be used.
The private pool has a size of 6 x 8 meters (over corner) and is equipped with a roman staircase for easy entry and exit. The pool has pool lighting which you are welcome to use. Four sun loungers are available at the pool, which is protected from view, for your relaxation. An outdoor hot/cold shower provides cooling in between.
The outdoor kitchen is equipped with a gas and a charcoal grill, sink, dishwasher and 2 plate ceramic hob. The covered house terrace has a seating area and a Hollywood swing.
The well-kept private house has a living area of 110 sqm. In all rooms, air conditioning ensures pleasant room temperatures in all seasons.
The house has gas heating, they are individual gas stoves connected to the central gas line (gas house with gas bottles at the house). The heaters are in the master bedroom, the living room/hallway and the dining room/kitchen. The smaller bedroom can be heated electrically via the air conditioner or a space heater. The air conditioners hot/cold in the other rooms can also be used for heating.
The beach is only about 600 metres away, the town centre (harbour) with numerous bars, restaurants and shops is about 1 km away, shopping facilities are about 500 metres away, to bars and restaurants it is about 300 metres. Due to the central, yet quiet location, you will find a relaxing place here, where you can easily do without the use of your car.

* Bedroom with air-conditioning, equipped with a double bed (mattress size 1.50 x 1.90 m) with fan and roller blinds on the windows
* 2 bathrooms, each with shower and WC
