The holiday home is located in immediate proximity to the lake with a shared section of the beach, reachable in just 3 minutes via the Gardesana. Beautiful olive garden with a dream lake view, at night the olive trees are illuminated, creating a very special atmosphere for relaxing and unwinding. Quiet location and fully air-conditioned with underfloor heating.
In this beautiful olive garden with palm tree and dream lake view, you will feel not only absolute tranquility but also a special atmosphere for relaxing and unwinding. the electric sun sail (60 sqm) provides plenty of shade on request – even over the cozy pool by the house.

Irrigated garden with lawn robot. - Ground floor: Living area with open kitchen: induction stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator (without ice maker) and freezer, 1 double bedroom with loft bed and lake view, wardrobe and chest of drawers and private bathroom with shower and double washbasin.
In the elevated bed you wake up early in the morning with a direct view over the olive groves and the lake.

The municipality of Toscolano-Maderno lies on the picturesque western shore of Lake Garda in the Alto Garda Bresciano Nature Park.
To get there, take the Brenner motorway and exit at Rovereto Sud via Riva-Limone along the Gardesana shore road on the western shore, or continue along the Brenner motorway and leave the motorway at Affi and take the ferry from Torri to Maderno.
Alternatively, via Switzerland-Milan, take the Milan-Venice motorway and exit at Desenzano, then follow the signs for Saló and continue to Maderno
In both Gargnaano and Maderno there are numerous cafés, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies. The ferries for trips to the other shore or around the lake are nearby.

The lake access is within immediate walking distance via a small sloping plot with trees. Surfboards or other water sports equipment can also be stored here.
EXCURSIONS - SPORTS
Absolutely worth seeing are Verona, Bergamo, and for children Gardaland, Italy’s largest amusement park, or various water parks. Or you can simply visit the picturesque places around the lake such as Salò, enjoy the atmosphere with a good wine and a cozy meal where the local olive oil is a must.
Beaches are in the immediate vicinity with cafés, bars, and restaurants.
Very close by are the Bogliaco golf course, clay tennis courts, and indoor tennis. Options to rent Vespas, bicycles, pedal boats, motorboats, and sailboats.

Dream house in a great location
The house is in impeccable condition. The location above the street is astonishingly quiet, the garden wonderfully beautiful and level. Our two dogs enjoyed it. Access is through a locked gate (with remote control), so there is hardly any traffic. Shopping opportunities in Toscolano (Conad). The kitchen equipment is okay, however, it lacks some everyday items like dish brushes, soap, etc. The pool is larger than in the pictures. At the back of the house, you can go up a staircase to Via San Giorgio, where you can also take a walk, even though the street is somewhat busy. A car is highly recommended for excursions, etc. You can also reach a private dock on Lake Garda via a staircase and the heavily trafficked main road. It's not bad for swimming, but water shoes are recommended.

Pure relaxation with a dream view of Lake Garda.
To keep it short and sweet, it was a beautiful and relaxing stay at Villa Molto, and we can only recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy their vacation in complete privacy.
