Cancellation terms:
The cancellation fees for the rental property are as follows: - Until the 90th day before the start of the rental, 20% of the rental price, - From the 89th to the 60th day before the start of the rental, 30% of the rental price, - From the 59th to the 30th day before the start of the rental, 50% of the rental price, - From the 29th day before the start of the rental onwards, 90% of the rental price. - In case of no-show or termination of the rental, 100% will be charged. The fee for a cancellation is 52 EUR.

Our holiday paradise
For 9 years we have been spending our holidays at Finca paraiso del norte, for us the name says it all. Especially in this special year we had a wonderful time again .
Also this year the finca was in top condition. The pool area and the bathroom were newly and beautifully designed.
We would especially like to thank and emphasise the very friendly and special care of the guest manager. He is really the good soul of the property.
Many thanks also to the Scharnitzky family for the always friendly and quick answers to our questions and concerns.

Pure relaxation
This finca is rightly called the paradise of the north. The furnishings, the secluded location, the terrace, the sea view and the pool.... dreamlike. It really has everything you need to enjoy a relaxing holiday. The only thing I personally didn't like was the very hard mattresses, but everyone sees that differently. We would definitely book this finca again.

House with potential
The house impresses with its wonderful garden. You can see the owner's handwriting here. The room layout takes a little getting used to due to a long corridor, but this is not a problem at all. It is located in the north of Tenerife, so not on the sunny side. The pool is not heated, we never used it in 14 days. It was just too cool in May.
The furnishings were certainly once of high quality. The kitchen is a bit worn. Throughout our stay the large fridge did not work. The very friendly and helpful house manager gave us a small fridge as a replacement. The equipment in the kitchen leaves a lot to be desired. The water pipe seems to be very thin, in any case it runs out poorly in parts. There is a lack of possibilities to hang things up in the whole house. There is no coat rack. Neither in the bathroom nor in the toilet are there hooks for towels. The mattresses are extremely hard. We helped ourselves by putting the thin cushions from the terrace loungers on top of them.
The internet connection is extremely slow
Overall, a nice property, but either the manager or the owner should spend a weekend here, then he would notice where it is missing.
