Deposit the car in the garage... and it's holiday time!
A modern open space welcomes you as soon as you reach the first floor. It is brightly lit thanks to its many windows and offers plenty of space; here you will find an extendable dining table and a sofa that can be converted into a comfortable double bed.
A bathroom with shower is attached to each of the two bedrooms, located on opposite sides of the floor.
The first bedroom consists of a very comfortable king-size bed and two single beds, one of which can be pulled out only in case of need (it is a real bed, pull-out, located under the fixed single bed).
The master bedroom enjoys a pleasant sea view, which can even be enjoyed from the bed.
The house, on the first floor of a small villa, overlooks two large terraces, where you can sunbathe, have lunch with your loved ones under a comfortable gazebo or prepare tasty barbecue dishes.
The house is freshly painted and furnished with modern, brand new furniture; we therefore ask you to take as much care of it as possible, so that the guests after you can enjoy the house as you could with your loved ones.

Located in one of the most beautiful residential streets of Imperia, only 1 km from the beaches and the centre of the summer nightlife.
A few steps away from the house, you will be greeted by the characteristic pedestrian streets of Porto Maurizio (Via XX Settembre and Via Cascione), where you can still breathe the village air of yesteryear, with its historic bars and cosy little shops.
Here, on Thursday mornings, you can walk among the stalls of the weekly market.
Within walking distance (or using the free municipal lifts) is the Parasio, the original nucleus that will fascinate you with its evocative views, from the clean and quiet little squares to the Logge di Santa Chiara from whose arches you can enjoy a breathtaking panorama.

- You will be refunded half of the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 7 days before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock midday CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 7 days before check-in there will be no refund.
