Just outside the little village, high up on the sunny side of the valley, this 3-bedroom holiday home in Niedernsill has a terrace and a lovely balcony. It guarantees fun at the Zell am See-Kaprun ski area and is perfect for a family or group of 7 persons. What strikes you immediately upon arrival are the beautiful distant views and the breathtaking nature with the fantastic mountain peaks of the Hohe Tauern National Park.
Niedernsill is a picturesque holiday place in the heart of the Austrian Alps, equally likely in summer as well as winter. The Zell am See-Kaprun ski area has 97 km of slopes for cross country skiing. Skiers can take advantage of the two ski resorts that are within easy reach at a distance of 12 km. In high season, the ski area of nearby Walchen is also a great challenge for little skiers or beginners. In summer, there are many sports and hiking opportunities, and you can quickly reach most of the sights that Salzburgerland has to offer. Supermarkets for groceries are at 1.4 km while restaurants are at 1.7 km. The lake at 2.3 km is excellent for a pleasant day out.
The chalet is spacious, atmospheric and very practically furnished. On the ground floor you have a cosy living room with wood-burning stove and direct access to the balcony, a separate modern kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. In the basement, or actually ground floor because the house is built on a slope, are the remaining two bedrooms with the second bathroom. Here you have a beautiful terrace with a stunning view. The home has electric heating and a cosy wood stove in the living room for warmth. You can enjoy home-cooked meals on the terrace and admire the stunning views simultaneously. Kids will be happy as there is ample for them. The host also welcomes 2 pets for 5/Pet/Night.
Public transport and ski bus are available 1.4 km away, and the nearest ski lift is 11.3 km away.

At the house was nothing to criticize, everything is aanwezig.We came in with keycode.We had 2 weeks of great weather, could sit on the terrace from morning to evening with fantastic views over the bergen.We had only down in the shower a bit of woodlice.

nice chalet, we rented this chalet from 19 August to 1 September. very complete home with all luxury (washing machine, dryer, oven, microwave, dishwasher and satellite TV with all Dutch channels). on the balcony you have a nice sunshine from the early morning, beautiful views and a great base for all kinds of activities in a radius of ~ 30 km. We have taken several beautiful walks in the mountains, but we also used the swimming pool in Niedernsill - free with the funcard you can pick up at the Tourist Office in Niedernsill. Access via key safe is ideal - arrive whenever you want and we also used it when we went separately in 2 groups - that way, those who First came back in.

Very pleasant arrival. House is in a dead end street, and already at a reasonable height. The large tree at the entrance provides lovely shade that provides cooling in hot weather. Very pleasant chalet with lots of space and light. Beautiful view and large terrace. Top! 2 Minuses: 1. The ground floor with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom is quite damp.2. The quality of the WiFi was sometimes questionable. Other than that, nothing but superlatives!

Really a super place and a great beautiful house with everything on and on. Great beds, very complete kitchen with all appliances, stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and many small appliances. Even the possibility to bake your own cake or cake. Also equipped with a washing and drying machine and fine garden furniture on the veranda. Private parking next to the huis.Al in all a place to go again, also sufficient in the area to visit.No hassle with key, because this is via a key safe to obtain what is ideal. A lovely spacious house with great views over the valley. Sunny terrace. Kitchen with all the trimmings. Even a bottle of red and white wine as a welcome from the owners! Enough closet space in the bedrooms. For skiers it is a pity that the shoes have to be in the unheated hall. Your shoes will not dry. A heated ski boot rack on the sleeping floor would be an asset and make the house perfect!
