Holidays at a high level
We recently returned from an excellent two-week summer stay at Villa Bellevue in July. Our family includes two parents, two adult children, and a small dog.
The villa provides a breathtaking view over the bay of Saint-Tropez, where you can watch yachts, sailing boats, and watercraft as they traverse in the bay. Situated on a steep hillside with a predominantly southern exposure, the property features a spacious terrace connected directly to the house, a lower deck for sunbeds, and an additional sunbed area by the pool further below. Each of these areas enjoys sunlight from morning until early evening, with clear sea views throughout.
The swimming pool is generously sized and suitable both for serious swimming and leisure activities. The interior of the house is both spacious and efficiently designed, comprising two sizeable bedrooms with a shared bathroom on the lower floor, and a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom on the upper floor. Furnishings are good and the house is generally well equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, tumble drier etc. The only minor drawback is that the master bedroom may become quite warm during summer days and nights, as it is not covered by the only fixed air conditioning unit which is placed in the living room.
The owner demonstrated exceptional professionalism, providing prompt, trustworthy, and effective communication via email, phone, and WhatsApp from the time of our initial booking through to the conclusion of our stay.
We highly recommend Villa Bellevue and look forward to the opportunity to return in the future.

Fantastic villa
Good reception and explanation on site, always a contact available. Everything great!
The house was clean and very well furnished.
Very nice view over the sea, to Saint Tropez and to the green nature.
The accommodation immediately had a wow effect. Beautiful panorama from the living room and from the various terraces.
Incredibly large saltwater pool!

Dream house with a dream view, a stay at a high level!
The villa allows vacation relaxation from the first minute: clean, beautiful architecture, wonderful view from the terrace, beautiful south-facing garden, terraced with several seating areas and fantastic, large pool. If you use the house for four people, like we did (2 couples), it is super comfortable, because each couple has their own wing with their own bathroom. But even with six people, you can feel very comfortable here. On arrival, there was a bottle of rosé and the beds were lovingly prepared. Our dog also got fresh water and dog biscuits.
The view is magnificent, beautiful like a painting by a great artist and if the weather is right: a paradise!
The house is very nice, spacious with a large lounge and tastefully furnished with attention to detail. The beds and bed linen are of excellent quality. The house exudes luxury, with a large kitchen where nothing is missing.

The accommodation was very clean.
The immediate surroundings with the nature reserve are also great for dogs, joggers, and walkers.
The price-performance ratio is also right, we have already booked again for next year, so that no one can snatch our desired period from us and we can look forward to it all year long!

Unbeatable! A house of superlatives
Everything is absolutely perfect here! Starting with the warm, reliable hosts, Mr. and Mrs. Kluzak. The house leaves nothing to be desired, has a beautiful view, and offers enough space for everyone. It was also nice that we were allowed to bring our dog. Please observe the rules for dogs if you are allowed to bring them! The surroundings with the nature reserve right next to the house are also fantastic for smaller and larger hikes, even without a dog... culinary delights should also not be neglected and you will definitely find something. A completely successful vacation. Highly recommended at any time.
