The communication went perfectly.
Communication went perfectly. We couldn't reach Deine by phone once, when there was a leak. Airbnb was adequate and in the morning there was immediate contact and everything was resolved as far as possible. We were satisfied with the whole process. We found the price for the apartment to be good value for money, however, we found the cleaning costs to be exorbitantly high. It was a very comfortable, spacious apartment.
