The historic "Villa Germania" is located in the first row to the beach promenade of the seaside resort Ahlbeck. Make yourself comfortable here in the 24 square metre one-room flat. The flat is located on the first floor of the house and can be occupied by two people.
The flat was modernised in 2021 and furnished with great attention to detail. In the combined living and sleeping area you will find a sitting area directly at the large window front, which guarantees a beautiful view. In addition, the room furnishings include a sofa bed (lying surface 1.80 x 2.00 metres), the dining table with seating and the kitchen counter, which allows you to cook quick meals even in a small space. You also don't have to do without your own TV. In the bathroom you will find a washbasin, WC, towel heating and a shower.
Your flat comes with its own parking space right next to the house. Your bicycles can be stored in the basement of the villa. Wi-Fi is available free of charge.
