Bright and cosy holiday flat overlooking the marina of Calpe! In a few minutes walk you reach the marina Real Club Calpe as well as the beaches and promenades of "Playa Arenal" and "Playa de la Fossa". There are many restaurants, cafes and shops in the immediate vicinity and on the promenades.
The apartment is cozy, fully-equiped, and is 62 m².
The accommodation offers a bright living/dining room with direct access to a large covered terrace, a fitted kitchen with adjoining storage room for the washing machine, a bedroom with double bed, also with access to the terrace, and a bathroom. There is a sofa bed in the living room, so the flat is also suitable for a family with one or two children.
The flat is equipped with air conditioning hot/cold, Internet connection (WLAN), TV, satellite TV in the languages: Spanish, English, German and French, radio, washing machine, iron/ironing board, hoover and hairdryer. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, toaster, kettle, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils and coffee machine.
The building has three lifts, a large communal swimming pool with children's pool, outdoor showers and sunbathing area, children's playground and table tennis. There is a free public car park only 50 metres from the building.

The price includes: final cleaning, towels, bed linen, kitchen towels, beach towels and Wi-Fi.
The check-in time is from 16:30 to 19:30 and the check-out time is from 9:30 to 11:30.
An extra fee from 60€ to 70€ will be charged if the check-in or the check-out takes place out of hours. Please, note that this fee will also be charged on Sunday and bank holidays.
If arrival is later than 22:00 or if departure is before 07:00, a supplement of 100,00 € will be charged.
A one-time fee of 35€ will be charged for each pet for cleaning (please check availability). Pets up to 10 kg. Dangerous breed dogs are not allowed.
Electricity consumption is included in the price (10KW/day). If there is extra energy consumption, it will be paid at 0,45€/KW.
A credit card deposit of € 500.00 is payable on arrival and will be returned one week later by credit card or bank transfer.
