1. Dive into the deep blue of the Mediterranean and then extend the oceanic feeling in a spacious apartment where you can not help but be satisfied.
2. The wide view over the bay is framed by two massive rock formations and at the height of the 17th and 18th floors, the pleasant wind never makes the sun feel too hot.
3. The bay of Calpe captivates with clear clean water, a wide sandy beach running shallowly into the water - ideal for children and pleasure swimmers. Only 50 m from the house. No road in between.
4. The paths along the shore are more than just a beach promenade, they are like a creative journey of discovery to the enormous rock "Ifach" on one side and cheerful and colorful beach and city life on the other.
5. The apartment itself with its 2nd floor as a penthouse spoils not only by the breathtaking views, but also by a modern tasteful furnishings that leaves virtually nothing to be desired.
6. In addition to refrigerator and freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, induction hob, etc., there is also a wonderfully large barbecue area directly on the roof, which wants to be used for summer parties
7. The living room with fully glazed south wall can be connected to the terrace through large sliding doors.
8. The room on the 18th floor can only be reached from the living room on the 17th floor. It can be used as a bedroom as well as an office. (Table with office chairs, WLAN reception free of charge). It is glazed on three sides and surrounded by a large terrace on these 3 sides. Own washroom with WC. Separate air conditioning.
Here you have an uninterrupted 270° panoramic view of the beach, the sea, the city and the mountains. Here you will find a place for sun or shade at any time of the day as you wish.
9. Shopping, Dining: Many restaurants and stores on the beach, the nearest supermarket is only about 200 m away. There are also Aldi (German bread, etc.) and Lidl, visible from the apartment.
10. On request (extra charge) is a lockable single garage in the basement (just off the driveway) available.

We have been going to Calpe regularly since 1992 and since 2017 we have been guests in the penthouse flat "El Rey del Arenal Bol".
The first time we stayed together with our daughter, son-in-law and two grandchildren (then 8 and 9 years old) in this very beautiful and comfortable penthouse. While our children and grandchildren occupied the lower part of the flat, we made ourselves comfortable upstairs. Naturally, the temperatures are a bit higher in this area, especially during the day. However, you can regulate the temperatures very well by opening the numerous large sliding doors. Despite daytime temperatures of over 30 degrees, we only needed the existing, well-functioning air conditioning when we arrived. The penthouse is equipped with high-quality furniture, which should leave nothing to be desired. The pool area of the house is spacious and usually you always get a place on one of the numerous sunbeds
2021 was the last time we were there with one more grandchild, whereby the last time always means the beginning of the next time, and nothing has changed in the description of 2017. The flat is still in top condition and is always maintained and cared for by the owners.
If you want to spend your holiday there, you don't need a car! Two large supermarkets, MyMercat Las Salinas Supermarket circa 200 m and the MyMercat Centro Supermarket in the Hotel Soly Mar circa 400 m are in the immediate vicinity
The beach promenade is lined with boutiques, restaurants and bars.
If you are travelling by car, we strongly recommend renting the underground car park, at least during the high season
The enclosed underground parking space is large enough to accommodate a larger car (e.g. BMW 5 series)
