We were a group of 5 adults and a dog in the holiday apartment. The apartment is located directly above a restaurant on a busy street in Kirchbichl. Right in front of the apartment is a bus stop, from which a ski bus occasionally departs. The apartment consists of 3 bedrooms (one of which is a passage room), a kitchen, a hallway, and a bathroom with a toilet. In addition, there is a very large terrace, but it doesn't look great and, due to the busy road, it is not exactly inviting for relaxation. The apartment was clean and tidy, the condition is good. There is a dishwasher, a large stove, and an oven. Unfortunately, we had several complaints aside from that: in the bathroom, there is only one towel hook and no stopper for the bathtub. The equipment in the kitchen is incomplete; for example, pot holders and glasses are missing, and dishes are in short supply, even though there is space. The apartment is heated by underfloor heating, except for the bathroom, which has a mobile electric heater. Unfortunately, you cannot regulate the heating yourself. When asked the hosts recommended opening the windows. This is quite wasteful and especially too loud at night. It's also a shame that there is no living room and the furnishings are a hodgepodge. There are at least two small TVs in two of the bedrooms, and one of the two rooms even receives a signal. Overall, the apartment is okay, but one has to make some compromises and will probably find a nicer apartment elsewhere for a similar price. If there are four of us traveling, the passage room could be converted into the living room, so we would have preferred to spend our vacation elsewhere.
