There are better vacation rentals.

Unfortunately, I have to agree with the negative review. We had booked the ground floor apartment for 2 people, but our son ended up coming with us. I mentioned this during the booking process and then had to pay an extra €10 per day for him, even though the apartment is offered for 4 people. The dog is charged a measly €20 per day, and you can't let him out alone since everything is open. The only nice thing was that the apartment is bright. Otherwise totally unloved and old-fashioned furnished, or rather a mix of everything. Hand soap was about 1 cm in the dispenser, one trash bag for 8 days, 1 roll of toilet paper for 3 people... The kitchen baseboard was completely dirty, flowers at the window like weeds - wilting petals lay everywhere in the pots... The terrace is not inviting for sitting. I'm sorry to write this here, but there is no coziness. The landlords live right next door, they are very friendly, but the apartment is totally soundproof.

we felt very comfortable in your holiday apartment. Everything was within walking distance (beach, town, shopping, bakery) and we made trips by bike to the nearby area. The Djonovic family was very helpful and friendly, always ready to assist, and so our holiday was a complete success.

Mega satisfaction!

Super friendly landlords who always try to take care of their guests' well-being. In addition, the family is very warm. We immediately felt welcome. Everything you need is within walking distance. The flat is very cosy, invitingly furnished and has everything you need. We will definitely come back again this year!

Hello,
we were only there for a weekend, but we liked it very much .
Very tidy and clean and enough space in any case.
The location is also great , no 5 min to the nearest shopping facilities and the spa is also not far away, as well as the beach.
The family was very nice.

There are better residences.

- Too expensive for the simple/old and loveless furnishings.
- Those who value coziness more are in the wrong place.
- Had to buy soap and toilet paper first.
- The bed for two is a bit too small, not intended for tall people.
- Mattress too hard (for my liking).
- Very impractical with a dog because of the transparent spiral staircase. Dog needs to be carried, risk of injury to claws.
- Landlady lives directly in the house below. - When it's dark, there's no light behind the house, the lamp only comes on when you're already upstairs. If you stay longer than a week, the landlady comes up and cleans everything. Not recommended for sensitive noses regarding the cleaning smell.
- If you like it warm, wear warm clothes in autumn or winter. The heating has a night setback between 11 pm and 8 am. (Really very comfortable... brrrrr...) when you come into the cold bathroom in the morning)
Just little things that are missing there.

schade, dass es Ihnen bei uns nicht gefallen hat. Auch schade ist, dass Sie weder die Außenlichtschalter, noch den Scharbeutzer Strand gefunden haben. Der Strand ist nur 1,4km entfernt. Wenn Sie sich 4,5km von den Ferienwohnung entfernen, dann sind Sie garnicht mehr in Scharbeutz. Ich nehme an Sie sind nach Timmendorf gefahren. Was Einrichtung, Bett und Treppe angeht, ist alles so wie im Inserat beschrieben und auf den Fotos zu sehen. Toilettenpapier und Seife stand am Anfang ihres Aufenthaltes zur Verfügung. Da Sie länger als einer Woche bei uns waren ist es doch ganz klar, dass Sie irgendwann etwas nachkaufen mussten. Alles Gute!

Sommerurlaub

We spent 12 days on our vacation in Mrs. Dijonovic's apartment, we were very satisfied, everything was clean, properly arranged, and very harmoniously furnished. The Dijonovic family made a great effort to ensure that we were satisfied. The house is in a good location surrounded by nature, you can reach the sea on foot in 15 minutes, which we really liked. The Baltic Sea is fantastically clean, and the beach is great, the sand is like a carpet. The shops are not far away and can be reached on foot. Thank you, Mrs. Dijonovic.
