We have 2 lovely 6-person houses for rent, in the middle of the island of Texel, newly realised in June 2023.
The interior is tasteful and cosy, comfortable furniture in the living room and dining room, the kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances.
There is an oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, quooker tap, a large hob with downdraft extraction system.
Fully equipped, and you will find 3 different coffee machines, something for everyone.
2 bathrooms, both with double sink and luxury mirror, rain shower and hand shower and toilet.
There is also a 3rd separate toilet.
The downstairs bedroom with ensuite bathroom has a 2p bed.
The 2 bedrooms upstairs have 1p beds, all beds have super comfortable mattresses.
The living room has a large philips smarttv with many channels and a netflix button.
A large lawn surrounds the house, with a large terrace with garden furniture, where you can sit comfortably.
From the room/kitchen you can walk straight onto the terrace through the garden doors, where you can enjoy your breakfast and homemade dinner.
With views for kilometres as far as the dunes, you will really relax here.
The house is equipped with the latest heat/cooling system, always a pleasant temperature, which is adjustable per room.
plus a WTW system, which constantly purifies the air.
Well as healthy and fresh!
On arrival there is always a Texel delicacy waiting for you, and fresh eggs from our own chickens.
Located on cycle path the Limietweg, the home is an ideal starting and finishing point for your trips around the island.
In the nearby nature reserves of Waalenburg, the Muy and the Slufter, you can enjoy walking and cycling. Special birds and plants live, grow and bloom there.
The North Sea side with its beautiful beaches, beach pavilions, Oudeschild on the wadden side, where you can take boat trips, seal watching, all the way north in village de Cocksdorp, where you can climb the lighthouse....
Museums, restaurants, there is so much to see and experience!
De Koog is 3.5 km away by bike, has a cosy shopping street with terraces and nice shops, with a nice market every Tuesday in high season.
The largest village den Burg is about 5 km away, cosy centre with lots of shops and a market on Mondays.
We have several supermarkets on Texel, such as the AH, the Jumbo, the Plus and the Spar.
You can also have many supermarkets deliver your groceries, then we can store it for you in the fridge and cupboard in your holiday home.
How lovely is that!
You step inside, you can immediately grab a cold drink from the fridge and take a seat on the terrace.
As the beds are made, you can start enjoying!
