A very tasteful and recently renovated basement flat in a detached house awaits you. This apartment is suitable for up to two people and a small child up to the age of three (cot, high chair on request, subject to charge).
The flat is separate, you only share the entrance with the owner who lives in the house.
You spend your time in dreamlike, absolutely quiet surroundings and enjoy living in a combined living/bedroom (double bed - lying surface 160 x 200 cm) with integrated, fully equipped kitchenette with cooker, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, egg boiler and dishes and a bathroom with shower and washing machine.
A parking space directly in front of the house completes the overall package.
Bicycle rental possible for a fee and advance reservation.
New: charging station for electric cars.

The town of Neubrandenburg is picturesquely surrounded by almost untouched nature on the Tollensesee, which extends over an area of 17.9 m², 10.3 km long and 2.4 km wide, and is a paradise for water sports enthusiasts, cyclists, hikers and nature lovers.
The lovingly restored old town, restaurants, museums, galleries and shops await your visit.
The offers in Neubrandenburg leave nothing to be desired. Look forward to breathtaking nature, the clear water of the lake and the clean air and experience your dream holiday.
Our holiday flat is located near the centre, the old town can be reached on foot in 15 minutes, and Lake Tollense is about 500 metres away.
A bus stop (connections also to Waren(Müritz), Röbel) is in the immediate vicinity.
The flat is an excellent starting point for bicycle tours, hikes, tours with the passenger ship or the rented boat.
