This small but beautiful semi-detached holiday home is ideal for groups and large families. Each house half has a bright living, dining and kitchen area, 2 bedrooms & a spacious bathroom. If you book both semi-detached houses together, you will have approx. 80m² at your disposal. You can also book the two halves separately. (Semi-detached house from 170€/night; semi-detached house from 85€/night incl. all additional costs). (Living space per house half: 33m² inside + 28m² outside)
Enjoy a modern room design, a fully equipped kitchen and an approx. 60m² large veranda (28m² per house half) with a beautiful view into the valley. In April/May you even have a lake view, as the trees are still free of leaves.
On the small sunbathing lawn there are deckchairs for sunbathing.
Particularly noteworthy is the 70m² larch wood veranda. Half covered with glass and furnished with fine teak furniture, you can have a cosy breakfast and let the evening fade away. Even if it should rain, you can sit protected under the open sky.

The house is located in a "garden settlement" dating from GDR times. Here, mainly locals of the older generation spend their time when the sun is shining.
In only 10 minutes by car you are in Neubrandenburg - the "capital" of the lake district. You can also cycle directly along the lakeside path to Neubrandenburg in about 30 minutes
The sports and cultural metropolis offers you a range of activities and experiences for at least a 6-month holiday stay! The world-famous concert church, the theatre, museums and art collections, music festivals, jazz festivals, to name just a few highlights
Klein Nemerow is surrounded by lakes, forests, fields and meadows where horses and sheep graze. You are in the heart of an extensive network of cycling and hiking trails. Experience sleepy villages, dreamy little towns on a thousand lakes, the Baltic Sea coast (90min) and the metropolis of Berlin (120min).
There is 1 restaurant (hotel) in the village. There is a bakery in the main village about 5 minutes away by car. In the summer months, 2 passenger boats cross the lake. You can find the timetables directly at the public landing stage in Klein Nemerow. Combine your cycling or hiking tour with a leisurely trip on the water. There are also trips to Prillwitz Castle via the Lieps. The lake is part of the Nonnenhof nature reserve.
