This beautiful property has been recently restored with great care and attention to detail, offering an ambience of great charm and comfort.
The traditional atmosphere of the villa blends harmoniously with touches of elegance and high-quality furnishings. The wood-beamed ceilings have been enhanced by the restoration work, while the cosy interiors will make you feel immediately at home.
The villa is spread over two floors.
On the ground floor you will find a cosy dining room with sofas, fireplace, TV, Wi-Fi and a beautiful piano. Adjacent to the dining room there is the kitchen. Fully equipped with modern appliances, here you can indulge in preparing delicious meals to enjoy with friends.
In addition, there is also a service bathroom on this floor.
Stairs in the entrance hall lead to the upper floor.
The first floor is composed as follows:
-1 living room with a double sofa bed;
-1 bedroom with a double bed and a large window. The room is equipped with air conditioning;
-1 bedroom with a double bed and a large window overlooking the beautiful outdoor garden;
-1 spacious bedroom with two single beds and window;
-2 bathrooms with shower.
The French window on the ground floor leads to the large outside porch. A resting area with a table, a sofa and armchairs where you can relax during the summer evenings. Outside, the villa offers an unforgettable summer experience. Villa Luna's privileged position in the Monte San Bartolo Park offers a true panoramic view over the coast and the sea. From the outdoor garden, characterised by a well-kept lawn, you can admire the beautiful beaches of Gabicce Mare and Pesaro, easily reachable within a few minutes' drive.
In front of the structure there is the splendid terraced pool, encased in wood. The pool is equipped with a sunbathing area and sun loungers and umbrellas. This is the ideal spot to cool off and enjoy the sun. The spectacular view of the Adriatic Sea will leave you breathless, while the on-site barbecue invites you to enjoy pleasant open-air dinners in the company of your loved ones at the large table on the porch.

Cancellation terms:
- Free cancellation option until 60 days before the day of arrival.
- Special booking conditions 2023: For reservations confirmed starting from 01/12/2020, the following cancellation policy will apply: - cancellation up to sixty (60) days before the arrival date: 100% refund of the rental price; - cancellation from sixty (60) days before the arrival date to the arrival date: cancellation fee equal to 100% of the rental price (no refund); - cancellation during the stay: cancellation fee equal to 100% of the rental price (no refund). Cancellation due to force majeure COVID-19: in case of cancellation of the reservation due to proven travel impossibility due to government regulations restricting the freedom of movement on the national or international territory imposed to deal with the COVID-19 epidemiological emergency, Anita Villas will refund the amount paid for the reservation, without prejudice to the guest's duty to notify Anita Villas starting from 7 days before arrival, and in any case within the day before the booked stay, of the cancellation of the reservation with specific indication of the reasons mentioned above. Please note that any possible refund will be made by bank transfer in favour of the booking holder within the end of the year of the cancelled reservation. In the event that the payment of the reservation is made by credit card, in the event of a refund, an amount equal to 3% of the amount paid will be withheld for payment management costs.
