The villa is on two floors and can accommodate up to 20 people.
The rooms are spacious and with authentic furniture renovated with care by the owner.
The ground floor is composed of a big living room with sofa, fireplace and TV, a further living room with sofa, a dining room, a kitchen equipped with oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, moka pot, drip coffee maker, toaster, kettle. This floor is completed by a bathroom with shower and a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with bathtub.
On the first floor there is a living area with sofas, 3 double bedrooms, 2 bedrooms with a double bed and a single bed, 3 bathrooms with shower and a bathroom with bathtub.
In each bedroom can be added a single bed with extra charge.
The villa is surrounded by a big garden with lawn, olive and fruit trees.
The pool, equipped with loungers, is the perfect place to relax, enjoying the quiet and the colors of big mulberry frames the outdoor area with table and chairs, next to the villa, where you can comfortably eat outside. At guests' disposal a barbecue and a wood-burning oven.
The property is fully fenced with a wire mesh.

Villa dei Sapori is a spacious country house with pool near Pergola, in the province of Pesaro e Urbino, in the northern part of the Marche region.
This villa is located in a very quiet and private position, surrounded by the beautiful countryside of the Marche and a few steps from the town center of Pergola, a town famous for its Museum of Bronzi Dorati (gilded bronzes).
There are many destinations to visit in the surroundings: historic towns such as Urbino, Corinaldo, Mondavio, Gradara, Arcevia; suggestive landscapes of the Nature Reserve of the Furlo Gorge, the Frasassi Caves and the Apennines; the promenade and the long beaches of Senigallia, Fano, Pesaro, as well as Sirolo and Numana in the charming Riviera del Conero.
This area is particularly renowned for its food and wine specialties: the territory boasts fine wines with the denomination Pergola DOC. Moreover every year in October the town hosts the National Fair of the Fine White Truffle of Pergola and Local Products. In this area you can also find many wineries and farms where you can taste wines, extra virgin olive oil, honey, jams, cured meats and cheeses directly from the producer.

Cancellation terms:
Free cancellation possible up to 60 days before the arrival date.
Special booking conditions 2021: For reservations confirmed starting from 01/12/2020, the following cancellation policy will apply: - cancellation up to sixty (60) days before the arrival date: 100% refund of the rental price; - cancellation from sixty (60) days before the arrival date to the arrival date: cancellation fee equal to 100% of the rental price (no refund); - cancellation during the stay: cancellation fee equal to 100% of the rental price (no refund). Cancellation due to force majeure COVID-19: in case of cancellation of the reservation due to proven travel impossibility due to government regulations restricting the freedom of movement on the national or international territory imposed to deal with the COVID-19 epidemiological emergency, Anita Villas will refund the amount paid for the reservation, without prejudice to the guest's duty to notify Anita Villas starting from 7 days before arrival, and in any case within the day before the booked stay, of the cancellation of the reservation with specific indication of the reasons mentioned above. Please note that any possible refund will be made by bank transfer in favour of the booking holder within the end of the year of the cancelled reservation. In the event that the payment of the reservation is made by credit card, in the event of a refund, an amount equal to 3% of the amount paid will be withheld for payment management costs.
