The house is suitable for 4 people and fully equipped so you can enjoy your well-deserved holiday by the sea!
The house is very tastefully furnished with great attention to detail. In the living room you will find a spacious two-seater sofa, a comfortable armchair and a TV. The open kitchen has a dishwasher, a microwave, a coffee maker and a freezer. You can enjoy your home-cooked meals at the dining table for 4 people.
The bathroom on the ground floor is spacious and equipped with a shower, toilet and washbasin.
On the first floor you will find 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and the other bedroom has two single beds. The beds are made upon your arrival and a towel package is ready for you.
At the back of the house is the covered terrace with dining table and 4 chairs where you can enjoy the sun!
A handcart is at your disposal free of charge. The house is a non-smoking flat and pets are not allowed.

- 6. Annullierung 6.1. Der Vermieter kann durch besondere Umstände gezwungen sein den Mietvertrag zu annullieren oder auf zu lösen. Annullierung und Entbindung müssen schriftlich ablaufen. Der Vermieter wird in diesem Fall sein Äußerstes tun dem Mieter eine Alternative anzubieten. Gelingt dies nicht zur Zufriedenheit des Mieters, muss der Vermieter, ohne jedwede Haftung des Vermieters, alle durch den Mieter bezahlten Beträge zurück überweisen. 6.2.1. Annullierungen und Auflösung müssen Sie erst telefonisch melden, wonach Sie dies, unter Beifügung des Mietvertrags, per Einschreiben bestätigen. Dieses Schreiben muss an Walcheren Vakanties gerichtet sein. 6.2.2. Bei Annullierungen innerhalb 24 Stunden nach der Reservierung ist das Optionsrecht in Kraft (sieh Punkt 5). 6.2.3. Bei Annullierungen nach 24 Stunden und bis 3 Monaten vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 15 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. 6.2.4. Bei Annullierungen zwischen 3 Monaten und einem Monat vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 50 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. 6.2.5. Bei Annullierungen zwischen einem Monat und einer Woche vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 75 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. 6.2.6. Bei Annullierungen unter einer Woche vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 100 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. Zu jeder Zeit werden bei Annullierungen die Administrationskosten erhoben. 6.3. Der Vermieter wird nach Empfang einer Annullierung von Seiten des Mieters eine Annullierungsrechnung erstellen, unter Berücksichtigung der Bestimmungen dieses Artikels. Bereits Bezahlte Summen werden konform des Inhalts der Annullierungsrechnung verrechnet und jedwede Saldos zu Gunsten des Mieters werden zurücküberwiese

Domburg beach
The main attraction for tourists coming to Domburg is the wide sandy beach that stretches all the way to Westkapelle!
The beach of Domburg is, just like the other beaches on Walcheren, especially known for its wooden groynes, the typical beach huts and of course the friendly atmosphere.
In addition, the province of Zeeland has the most hours of sunshine in the Netherlands during the summer months. An excellent base for a wonderful holiday by the sea in Zeeland!
Places of interest
During your visit to Domburg, the Molen Weltevreden is certainly worth a visit! This typical Zeeland windmill was a source of inspiration for artists such as Toorop and Mondriaan.
The old town hall on the market square in Domburg is also beautiful! It was built in 1567 and is the second oldest building in Domburg!
If you take a walk through the dunes, you can't miss the typical Domburg water tower.
There is a lot of art and culture to discover in Domburg!
