This new holiday home built in 2020 is really a picture!
Everything has been thought of, from the comfortable sitting area to the luxurious bathroom with sauna!
Once you have parked your car in front of the door, on your own property, the holiday can begin You enter through the patio doors. The living room is spacious and very sunny, and because of the large windows, the terrace extends out to the living room, creating a nice big living room. The living room has a comfortable sofa and smart TV. There is a spacious open kitchen with a large dining table where you can eat together but also have plenty of room to work. A high chair is available.
The kitchen is equipped with everything a real chef dreams of, from dishwasher, microwave, kettle and toaster to the coffee machine.
On the ground floor you will also find a guest toilet.
The spiral staircase leads to the first floor, where there are 2 bedrooms.
The master bedroom is at the back of the house and has a double bed with separate mattresses (80 x 200 cm) and a second bedroom with 2 separate single beds (80 x 200 cm). Both bedrooms have a high ceiling with a large skylight. The beds are made up naturally when you arrive and a towel package is provided for you. A cot is of course available.
The bathroom of this house is for writing home! Wonderful!
The spacious walk-in luxury shower with rain shower, sink and toilet. As if that wasn't enough, you will also find a sauna for 2 persons in the bathroom, so that you can come and enjoy everything this holiday home has to offer even in the cold winter months. On the 1st floor you will also find the washing machine and dryer.
Of course there is free WiFi of excellent quality in the whole house.
Through the terrace (facing south) you leave the house to your own parking space.
Of course this house is in a non-smoking version, and pets are unfortunately not allowed.

Location and surroundings of object
Domburg is a real seaside resort, in summer there is a lot going on here, but it is also cosy. The beach is wide and clean, the village looks picturesque with its old buildings. Domburg is the oldest seaside resort in Zeeland. The bathers came here for a cure and you can still do this today in the clean sea air and natural surroundings.
Domburg has a wide sandy beach. Everywhere you will find beach pavilions and beach cabins. There are walking boards on the beach, which make it easy to get to the beach with prams and/or wheelchairs. If you want to go hang-gliding, you can do it at the east and west beach. Just behind the dune area is the centre of the village. Cosiness is its trump card. The shopping streets, terraces and the swimming paradise ensure that you will not be bored for a second. Besides the modern facilities, you will also find a lot of cultural history here. At the beginning of the 20th century many artists came to Domburg to be inspired. So did the famous Piet Mondriaan, Jan Toorop and his daughter Charley, Mies Elout-Drabbe, and many others.
Domburg is situated on the edge of the nature reserve "De Manteling", a unique forest area on the edge of the dunes. An enormous variety of animals and plants can be found here. The forest stretches from Domburg to Oostkapelle. You will feel like you are in the Middle Ages when you meet Westhove Castle with its moat and garden. Here you can also visit "Terra Maris", where everything is explained about the flora and fauna of "De Manteling".

- 6. Annullierung 6.1. Der Vermieter kann durch besondere Umstände gezwungen sein den Mietvertrag zu annullieren oder auf zu lösen. Annullierung und Entbindung müssen schriftlich ablaufen. Der Vermieter wird in diesem Fall sein Äußerstes tun dem Mieter eine Alternative anzubieten. Gelingt dies nicht zur Zufriedenheit des Mieters, muss der Vermieter, ohne jedwede Haftung des Vermieters, alle durch den Mieter bezahlten Beträge zurück überweisen. 6.2.1. Annullierungen und Auflösung müssen Sie erst telefonisch melden, wonach Sie dies, unter Beifügung des Mietvertrags, per Einschreiben bestätigen. Dieses Schreiben muss an Walcheren Vakanties gerichtet sein. 6.2.2. Bei Annullierungen innerhalb 24 Stunden nach der Reservierung ist das Optionsrecht in Kraft (sieh Punkt 5). 6.2.3. Bei Annullierungen nach 24 Stunden und bis 3 Monaten vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 15 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. 6.2.4. Bei Annullierungen zwischen 3 Monaten und einem Monat vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 50 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. 6.2.5. Bei Annullierungen zwischen einem Monat und einer Woche vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 75 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. 6.2.6. Bei Annullierungen unter einer Woche vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 100 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. Zu jeder Zeit werden bei Annullierungen die Administrationskosten erhoben. 6.3. Der Vermieter wird nach Empfang einer Annullierung von Seiten des Mieters eine Annullierungsrechnung erstellen, unter Berücksichtigung der Bestimmungen dieses Artikels. Bereits Bezahlte Summen werden konform des Inhalts der Annullierungsrechnung verrechnet und jedwede Saldos zu Gunsten des Mieters werden zurücküberwiesen.
