Beautiful holiday home in Domburg with beach cabin on the dog beach!
This cosy holiday home has everything you need for the ideal family holiday with dog on the Zeeland coast! The holiday home is suitable for 2 adults, 1 child up to 15 years, a baby and a dog.
On the ground floor you will find the living room with open kitchen, the master bedroom and the bathroom. The living room is stylishly furnished and has a spacious 2-seater sofa and a TV with Netflix, so you can end the day with your favourite movie or series after a wonderful day in Domburg!
The open kitchen is equipped with a 4-ring cooker, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, Dolce Gusto and kettle. Of course, there are also enough pans, cutlery and plates to prepare the most delicious meals! Of course you can also go out to eat in the centre, in just a few minutes you can walk to the lively centre of Domburg.
The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet.
The master bedroom has two single beds with separate duvets. The beds are made upon your arrival and one towel package per person is provided for you (these are compulsorily added at the time of booking).
The upstairs is really made for children. Stairs lead up to the two bedrooms and the sloping roof means that adults can only stand upright in the middle. Because of the great furnishings, children will definitely feel at home here! The children's room has a single bed. Of course, this bed is also made up on arrival and there is a set of towels. The other room has a cot and a chest of drawers. The cot is of course not made on arrival, you have to bring it yourself. There is also a high chair.
The large terrace next to the house is completely fenced, so both children and the dog can play and run!
From mid-May to 15 September, this flat includes a beach house at the dog beach in Domburg. After 15 September, the beach houses are compulsorily dismantled.
There is paid parking everywhere in Domburg. During the booking process you will be asked for your car registration number. The licence plate number is entered into the municipality's parking app so that you can park in various parking spaces.

- 6. Annullierung 6.1. Der Vermieter kann durch besondere Umstände gezwungen sein den Mietvertrag zu annullieren oder auf zu lösen. Annullierung und Entbindung müssen schriftlich ablaufen. Der Vermieter wird in diesem Fall sein Äußerstes tun dem Mieter eine Alternative anzubieten. Gelingt dies nicht zur Zufriedenheit des Mieters, muss der Vermieter, ohne jedwede Haftung des Vermieters, alle durch den Mieter bezahlten Beträge zurück überweisen. 6.2.1. Annullierungen und Auflösung müssen Sie erst telefonisch melden, wonach Sie dies, unter Beifügung des Mietvertrags, per Einschreiben bestätigen. Dieses Schreiben muss an Walcheren Vakanties gerichtet sein. 6.2.2. Bei Annullierungen innerhalb 24 Stunden nach der Reservierung ist das Optionsrecht in Kraft (sieh Punkt 5). 6.2.3. Bei Annullierungen nach 24 Stunden und bis 3 Monaten vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 15 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. 6.2.4. Bei Annullierungen zwischen 3 Monaten und einem Monat vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 50 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. 6.2.5. Bei Annullierungen zwischen einem Monat und einer Woche vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 75 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. 6.2.6. Bei Annullierungen unter einer Woche vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 100 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. Zu jeder Zeit werden bei Annullierungen die Administrationskosten erhoben. 6.3. Der Vermieter wird nach Empfang einer Annullierung von Seiten des Mieters eine Annullierungsrechnung erstellen, unter Berücksichtigung der Bestimmungen dieses Artikels. Bereits Bezahlte Summen werden konform des Inhalts der Annullierungsrechnung verrechnet und jedwede Saldos zu Gunsten des Mieters werden zurücküberwiesen
