Description
The 5-star holiday home is quietly and sunny situated in a dune landscape with old trees. Spacious living space, ideal for a get-together with friends and family. Spend wonderful hours in the large living-dining area even in uncomfortable weather or warm yourself in the sauna with a view of the greenery. A roof terrace invites you to cool off. Underfloor heating provides cosy comfort throughout the house. The wood-burning stove also creates a pleasant atmosphere. Wood is available free of charge. In addition to a modern kitchen with dishwasher, the house is also equipped with a washing machine and dryer. On the terrace, a Weber electric grill invites you to barbecue and a beach chair to relax. In addition, 2 7-speed bicycles, a handcart and firewood are available to our guests free of charge. Fly screens are installed in all rooms.

we welcome you very warmly to our retreat on the sunny island of Usedom Enjoy the balancing climate by the sea, take a deep breath and discover everything this island has to offer - a wide sandy beach that leads you to a bird sanctuary at the northern end of the island, fresh fish in the small harbour on the Peene, leisure activities in Karlshagen and the surrounding area. The beach promenade, which is only a few minutes' walk away, awaits you with restaurants and small shops. Just like us, you will feel the peace and tranquillity when you arrive here. Especially the unspoilt beach makes the hustle and bustle of everyday life seem far away. Special excursion destinations such as the Hanseatic cities with their extensive cultural offerings also attract visitors. With the Bäderbahn, you can explore the island comfortably and without your own vehicle.
