The detached Waldhaus is situated outside the village of Willingen-Neerdar in a quiet location. It is surrounded by woods, but offers a wonderful far-reaching view. The holiday home is ideal for a family holiday or a holiday with friends. The forest house was completely renovated inside in 2021, comfortably equipped and offers enough space for 8 people on 200 m² of living space. In the lovingly furnished house in country style, you will find all the amenities to feel at home. You can relax on the property, sit together comfortably at the barbecue, spend nice evenings in the barbecue hut or pursue other leisure activities on the property. The 3000 sqm property is fenced. Dogs on request.

Cancellation terms:
Free cancellation possible up to 31 days before the arrival date.
Until the 31st day before the start of the rental, cancellation is free of charge. After that, 50% of the rent will be charged up to the 15th day before arrival. From the 14th day before arrival, we charge a fee of 80%, and if you cancel or do not arrive within 7 days before the start of the rental, the full rental price is due. Should a travel ban due to Corona come into effect, these conditions will naturally be waived, and you will get your money back!

Great group accommodation
We were at the Waldhaus with a group of friends in early February and can absolutely recommend it! The house is newly renovated, beautifully decorated, and really well-equipped (towels, bedding, dishes, barbecue utensils, WiFi, games, ...). Communication with the landlords and on-site management was uncomplicated and fast. All inquiries were answered promptly, and our individual requests were accommodated (earlier check-in, two additional sleeping places on a sofa bed so that we could even check into the Waldhaus with 10 people). Everything is very clean, well-maintained, and the accommodation is exactly as described and shown in the pictures. Overall, a lot of effort is put into everything here! The location is very nice and quiet in the forest, but the nearest places can still be reached quickly by car. We all enjoyed the accommodation very much, and we would definitely come back if the opportunity arises.
