The accommodation offers a combined living, dining and kitchen area, convinces with a high-quality fitted kitchen, a comfortable couch set and a dining table. Furthermore, there are two bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed, as well as a spacious bathroom. The fully covered outdoor terrace including a boat with motor (licence-free) is available for your use. The fully fenced and newly landscaped property offers two parking spaces for your car as well as plenty of privacy and relaxation.

The holiday home is in a very quiet location directly on a branch of the old Havel River. The holiday resort of Ketzin/Havel is located directly between Potsdam and Brandenburg. Surrounded by protected natural landscapes as well as a sufficient lake and quarry landscape, you can wonderfully relax and recuperate here. The neighbouring cities of Potsdam, Berlin and Brandenburg offer a wide range of cultural and entertainment opportunities and can be easily reached within a short time
Shopping facilities for groceries, pharmacies, a medical centre and a petrol station are located in the village.

Holiday according to our preferences
We went on vacation as a family (2 adults, 2 children) with our family dog Rico. This beautiful vacation home was recommended to us by friends who also spent their vacation there. The house is unexpectedly spacious. However, most of the time is spent simply on the sun lounger, in the shade of the covered terrace, or sitting with a glass of wine directly by the water on the terrace. My husband used the motorboat almost daily with the children. Our dog was able to move freely on the property the entire time. We took trips to Berlin and Potsdam. We had culture, fun, and relaxation. The vacation house itself is located in a very quiet environment. We really enjoyed the vacation and can highly recommend it.

Schönes Ferienhaus
We had a few nice and relaxing days in the house. The landlord is friendly, always available, and also responds to emails (which is no longer common with many landlords). We would love to come back. Thank you very much.

Schöner Urlaub
We had a lovely holiday, with 5 people and 2 dogs, at the Haveltor house. The bungalow is spacious and modern. It's great to have the Havel Canal nearby and the motorboat available. The landlord is friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed it !!!

super short break
We visited with 2 children for Easter 2015. We were warmly and promptly welcomed. As amateur anglers, we had a lot of fun. The small cottage is small, nice, and clean. The large terrace is great for relaxing, and with the boat, you can explore all directions. We had great weather, and the neighbors were nice too. The service was fast and friendly. We will definitely come back - if there is a free spot available again. We wish our landlord all the best. See you soon.

Urlaub mit Hund
Great vacation! The accommodation is impeccable. The facilities and location are wonderful. The peace, proximity to the water, motorboat, fenced property, and many little details made our vacation in November 2014 unforgettable. Also worth mentioning is the cooperation and friendliness of the landlord in all matters. There was nothing to complain about. We will come back!
