Description

This beautiful detached house awaits you for peaceful days! The cozy living room with flat screen TV, DVD player and open, well-equipped fitted kitchen: fridge-freezer combination, stove/oven, Tassimo coffee machine and dishwasher leaves nothing to be desired.

The fireplace makes every day a cozy cuddle day.

From the living room you can access the large terrace with patio furniture and a barbecue as well as a beautiful property surrounded by hedges. This is particularly ideal for parents with small children and/or dogs. A bedroom with 2 single beds is available for you in the basement.

A bright bathroom equipped with a sauna, shower and toilet completes the ground floor.

A cozy bedroom (with TV) with a double bed (180x200) and a small bedroom with 2 single beds can be found on the upper floor.

The second bathroom with shower/toilet and washing machine is also located on the upper floor.

A travel cot and a high chair are available for our little guests.

A narrow access road takes you to the holiday home and the associated parking spaces (2 spaces).

A carport for storing bicycles is located behind the house.

We felt very comfortable in the house; it was very well and practically furnished. We also really liked the location in the second row. Personally, we did not meet any staff, but booking and other information worked very well through digital means.

A wonderful vacation on the beautiful island of Poel has unfortunately come to an end. We felt extremely comfortable. The staff member from the PAS team was so kind, and we would like to express our heartfelt thanks for that. The accommodation left nothing to be desired, the beach walks were wonderfully soothing, the fish sandwiches a dream... we would love to come back.

Criticism - definitely directed towards the owner: cleaning and replacing the filter mats in the kitchen hood, nothing works here anymore. The lid/pouring function of the thermos is defective. Additionally, the acquisition of a microwave should be considered. We have already addressed the defective furniture foils in the kitchen area at the PAS office. The TV in the living area is occupied with all possible channels, just not with the displayed channels on the program slots. There was no NDR, but it belongs to our vacation in MV. Unfortunately, the fireplace grate was completely clogged with charcoal residues. We first had to clean it so that the fireplace would work. Just removing the ash is not enough. Maybe leave this as information for the guests/users of the fireplace. There are no further complaints, only praise. Finally, Wi-Fi! The sauna worked very well, and everything else was okay as far as we used it.

Beautiful house in a nice location near the beach, ideal for dogs/great dog beach! The house would benefit from Wi-Fi and a bit more storage space (in the living room, a cabinet without a key, which we also complained about, unfortunately could not be resolved. In the ground floor bedroom, the cabinet was full of blankets and pillows for which there was no proper storage option, which we also immediately pointed out, but could not be resolved). Garden / hedge needs maintenance but was acceptable. Carport for bicycles was unfortunately full upon arrival, and bicycle rack overgrown with plants. Problem was resolved promptly after we raised our concerns. Conclusion: A lovely, relaxing vacation for us in Poel ❤️ would love to come back again! ! !
