Thank you very much for your immediate problem-solving when we had no hot water on Sunday. When we were on-site during the week for a follow-up regarding the email about a possible extension of our vacation and mentioned that a baking tray was rusty and unsightly, and that it didn't bother us since there was another small tray available, but that it could perhaps be replaced after our departure before an unhappy guest writes about it in an online review or similar, a nice employee (maybe a maintenance technician?) came. ), who was present during the conversation, came to us at the bicycles and asked if he could replace the metal sheet, and if we were not on-site, if he could go into the house, as he still had new sheets there. When we returned from our bike trip to the FH, the new sheet was on the dining table. Thank you very much for that. We did not expect this with our note in your office and were very pleased.

We really felt very comfortable in this great house, thank you very much :-) We cannot evaluate the friendliness of the staff because we had no direct contact. The cleanliness was okay at first glance, but in various hard-to-reach places - such as e.g. Behind the sofa, however, remnants from the previous tenants were found (candy wrappers, pieces of a marshmallow treat), otherwise everything was great :-) A cutting board in the kitchen would still be nice, that was the only thing we missed.

The communication with Poeler Appartement Service GmbH was exclusively via email, we liked that. Very friendly, very competent, we didn't need to ask any questions - the staff informed us of everything we needed to know in advance. The house was tidy and clean, we have absolutely nothing to complain about, and our dog also felt right at home. We go to Poel every year, and this holiday home is one of the best we have stayed in so far. Highly recommended!
