We were, once again, completely satisfied. The employees of PAS are super nice and very helpful. The service is perfect and very quick to respond to any problems. Even in the search for new accommodation, as the previous holiday home will no longer be rented out for the time being, they provided us with several offers and we were able to book a holiday home for 2027, right behind our old one. Dear PAS team, thank you very much for that and see you next year.

It is a very beautiful, lovingly furnished holiday home. The kitchen is very well equipped. We felt very comfortable. Only the soundproofing was a bit exhausting. The accommodation is recommended.

The Danish holiday home in Kaltenhof was very nice. We felt very comfortable there. The house was very clean and cozily furnished, and the equipment was very good. The only downside was the swallow's nest under the terrace roof, which was a bit unpleasant. While it was nice to observe the birds up close, their droppings on the terrace floor were not so pleasant. Otherwise, we were completely satisfied and have booked the house again for 2026. Oh yes! The lawn should be mowed every now and then.

We were not at this holiday home for the first time. The interior decoration has been slightly upgraded. When cleaning, it would be good to remove the cobwebs in the corners and on the lamps; otherwise, there was nothing to complain about in the house except for some dirty dishes in the cupboard. The outdoor area (bushes, hedge) was a bit unkempt, and we had to tidy up the shed first to store our bikes, for example. The service regarding non-functioning technology (toaster and Wi-Fi) was great as always. Immediate relief was provided; we extend our heartfelt thanks for that.

Overall, the holiday home is cozy, the kitchen is well-equipped, and the covered terrace, which is sheltered from view by the hedge, is pleasant. However, the heavily moldy shower is unacceptable and limits use. The ladies at the PAS are very friendly, and concerns are addressed promptly.

We felt very well taken care of from the beginning and felt comfortable. The house has a high feel-good factor. The garden is almost completely fenced in, which was great for our dogs. If there were a small gate at the exit by the garbage bins, it would be even better. Oh yes, the mattresses are very good. Other than that, there are a few missing teaspoons (only 2 left) and it would be perfect if there was also WiFi. Although, having no reception also has its advantages.

We felt very comfortable. In the house you really think you are in Denmark - we stay there several times a year with relatives. We were missing a few "Tupperware bowls" and a grater or similar. It was a pity that on the photos of the house you can still see a whirlpool - but this has been replaced by a large bathtub. The beds were excellent!

We felt very well looked after and comfortable right from the start. The house has a high feel-good factor. The garden is almost completely fenced in, which was great for our dogs. If the exit by the rubbish bins had a little gate, it would be even better. Ah yes, the mattresses are very good.
Otherwise, there are no little spoons (there are only 2 left) and if there was Wi-Fi, it would be perfect.
Of course, no reception also has its advantages
