Accomodation was great! View was great, outdoor seating incl. Refrigerator, air conditioning in 2 bedrooms, spacious living room, quiet area and beautiful garden and lovely pool.

Very nice villa in a quiet area with a nice view of the town. Great that you still have a covered area outside with BBQ, fridge and sink. Ideal also for the children to play in the shade. The bathroom upstairs has been renovated, the beds are not of very high quality, but they do sleep comfortably. Good contact with the property, the garden and swimming pool are also maintained during your stay. You are a few minutes by car from the town and about 10 minutes from the beach, so perfectly located. is in bad condition- There is nothing provided with detergent / herbs, so you have to bring that yourself or go buy it

The area was fine, sorry from the street which is very bad bij.Het house where the pool was the biggest asset unfortunately had a number of minus points, the garage door that we could not use was one of them and if you have the water above the bathtub was running, it ran in the garage over the power lines on the floor. So the upstairs shower we did not eat more plus was that there was also a bathroom downstairs that we could use. All the other things were fine.

Dear Bekvila team. I have been booking holiday homes here in costa brava with belvila for years. in sant-pere-pescador, in LEscala and were very very satisfied. That's why we keep coming back here. This house or villa (can't call it a villa) does not match the pictures or photos shown on your website. The house is a dirty house. Unfortunately I have to say that because we are very disappointed. We paid a lot of money accordingly. The bedroom downstairs is not a room but part of the garage and it stinks there, you can't sleep. We paid extra for the air conditioning, there is only air conditioning in 2 bedrooms, nowhere else. It is very difficult to endure here. We drove a long way, I can't go back and I paid almost 7000 euros. I don't know if they can do anything as belvila, but they can't rent the house out like this. I will also take photos and send them to you so you can see how bad it is. I don't know what rights I have, could I maybe get something else?? We have to stay here for 2 weeks. I'm on vacation, I should be happy, but unfortunately I can't. I have no expectations of Belvila, I just hope that consequences may be drawn against the homeowner. I don't know what to write anymore. Thanks

Good arrival, great guidance to the house. We find the house boring and scanty. Plus point was air conditioning on 2 bedrooms. 3rd bedroom downstairs was stale and warm. Beds dated.
