Very nice apartment with balcony, infrared sauna, and a wonderful view of the green surroundings. It is tastefully furnished and has everything you need. The entire complex with parking spaces is very well-maintained. The location is also good, a short walk to the beach, and shops and restaurants are nearby. We can only recommend this apartment.

We felt very comfortable in this vacation apartment, there was practically nothing missing. The location is very quiet and yet very central in Boltenhagen. Everything in the village was within walking distance, and we took the bus to Wismar, which stops very close to the apartment. We also went on bike rides when the weather allowed it. Our bikes could be stored in a lockable shelter. We would love to come back.

We were a family of three and stayed there for a week in bad weather. Fortunately, we found a brand new, tastefully furnished apartment with plenty of space and sufficient storage space. So it was quite bearable. In addition, there was an elevator, fast internet, an infrared sauna for warming up on cold days, and a room for storing strollers and beach buggies. Fortunately, there was a small playground, a parking lot, and a lockable wooden shed for bicycles in front of the house. Great location, very central! Within 3 minutes we were at the beach. The pier and restaurants were also right there. Nevertheless, it was very quiet. In the evening, you could watch the deer on the meadows directly behind the house. The holiday apartment was managed by the company Nordic. They were easy to reach and the key handover was uncomplicated.
